For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. We drove from Florida to buy our new 2026 Toyota Tundra 1794. I saw this vehicle online, I asked if the vehicle was available and Sulayman Nyang called me back right away. I explained to him we wanted to trade our 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum and I wanted to know if we could make the deal over the phone and he said yes. This made our purchase very easy. Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. We purchased a new Palisade from Coughlin in June of 2020. It was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience of my life. The car is fantastic! The service department has been fantastic. The sales staff is excellent, friendly and no pressure. They are very good at finding the right vehicle for a customer's needs and budget. In fact, we were so pleased we returned in April 2021 to purchase a second new car, a Venue. The experience was as pleasant as the first purchase. My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Encore GX purchased used w/ only 2500 mi on the clock. The Encore GX is one of the current Buick lineup of 3 small SUVs for about $25k; I suspect these hidden gems are unknown to many Americans. Unfortunately Buick's focus on China has resulted in the Buick brand being all but forgotten in the US. The NHTSA has given a ***** Overall Safety Rating to the 2024 GX. I have one negative with the Encore -- I'm 6'-1" and the Encore is small for me. Some call the cabin "surprisingly roomy" for a sub-compact suv. Truth be said IT'S JUST SMALL. Likes * 1.2L Turbo engine surprisingly strong in city driving * Entry-level luxury at a moderate price * Fun to drive (some call it boring) * Lots and lots and ... of safety features * Excellent mileage (30+ mpg) for an ICE SUV * Sits up high (as a SUV should!) due to 18" wheels * Quiet cabin due to Buick's QuietTuning technology * Heated seats, steering wheel, outside mirrors * Physical buttons/knobs for radio, climate controls -great * Power hatch/liftgate w/ kick plate - very handy * Traction & Stability control Dislikes * 1.2L Turbo engine is somewhat challenged on the highway * Design same-same as every other small SUV on the road * Digital Speedo and NO Tach; I prefer the real thing * Seats are narrow, hard and uncomfortable on long trips * Road noise is worse than expected for a Buick * Small cargo area w/o rear seat backs down * Insufficient legroom in back seats * Insufficient rear headroom for tall persons * AM/FM/Satellite radio difficult to program * VERY sensitive brakes and accelerator

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I loved how they got straight to the point and got things done they made you feel important and a great environment. Nick was a great salesman he help me and my mother find the right car and told us a lot about the cars we were interested in and he was a really nice down to earth guy.

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

I'm fine with work that was done. But do not want any more lists of things that would cost me a lot of money to do. Keep these lists out of my sight please. I can get this work done anywhere and will not be pressured by you or anyone else.

The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. Its sleek and attractive exterior design caught my eye immediately. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

We went here after seeing a car advertised online. Jessie was our contact and salesperson. The obd2 reading indicated some issues....They lowered the price to defray the cost of oxygen sensors. That was kind of them! Jessie was awesome and the other employees we interacted with were friendly. This car is now our 16 year old daughters first car! She is delighted! Had bought the 2021 Buick encore gx AWD brand and up to this point I've had 0 problems with the car. Handles great and get pretty much get in to any tight spot that bigger vehicles would have a hard time on doing.. Great on gas I save tons of money on gas alone so that by it's self is a huge plus.! I'm a big person being 6'3 and I have no problems sitting comfortably in the drivers set - of course my set has to be all the way back so can't have anyone sitting behind me unless they wanna get squashed.!! Sharp little car that performs pretty great and being from WI it actually drives pretty great on bad winter roads with the AWD on.. My overall view of this car since I bought it new is that it's an excellent car that most definitely can be trusted very reliable and once again you can pretty much fit into any small space and making tight u turns is a breeze for this car..!! Perfect car for City driving I'm happy I went with this car. Being a bigger person and being 6'3 I was pretty surprised at how comfortable I was driving this small compact SUV...

Service was excellent but the service appointment process is poor. Took me 5 attempts to set an appointment. Long holds, hang ups , and no returned calls. Finally got through. Once connected the rep was very friendly. It's not a people issue. It's a process issue.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

It is a great entry-level Buick. Longer than its old self. Handles great. I would like a little better of an interior. I would recommend this car over the old one.

Small but fun. Bought this and drove for six months ultimately trading it in on a bigger vehicle because the seats weren’t wide enough for my husand. Zero issues with it. Loved the look of it (had an ST) and appreciated the safety features. Really thought it was peppy for a little car.

Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!

I love this suv! I have a bad back and the Bonneville I had was getting tough to get in and out of. ( Pontiac went to a close friend and Pontiac enthusiast who's going to give her TLC) I just love the GX though lots of bells and whistles I'm still learning but handles great in snow !

I got preapproved foubs the vehicle I wanted online and had it shipped to the Morse Road location. I have had absolutely no priblem qith my car since I bought it last year. It was clean inside and out and the service was awesome. When i go to buy another vehicle I will return. I will recommend them also. GREAR JOB!!!

Yes and no if you're short and try to get out of the car your leg hits a little piece of molding that is below the door so if you're 5'1 you got bruises on the back of your leg also there's a little trim piece underneath the hood so if you're going to be Stones it's going to damage that trim piece all the time you have to take the whole thing off to paint it is very hard to reach the handle on the passenger seat is way back we had a Buick before was much more comfortable 2014 encore convenience I am not near a satisfied with this one as I was the other one

The car is quiet, acceleration is acceptable considering the 3 cylinder turbo charged engine. There’s enough room I the back seat for 3 adults. Rear storage is adequate. Interior controls are laid out well and the seat material is easy to clean.
