My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Mike Cole took is fantastic and made a stressful situation easy. My mom came in and he walked her through the process and was not pushy at all. He really made things enjoyable...well as enjoyable as buying a car can be. But we will 100% come back to Dave Arbogast and work with Mike in the future.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

Too much overhead and one too many times the salesman going back and forth to ask mother may I. The management is not customer friendly and it leads to many distractions. Revamp your business.

I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

I just wanted to say Tim Hoffman in service exceeded my expectations. I bought a 2016 CT6 from a dealership in Crystal Lake. I put 300 miles on the car and noticed something was not right with Transmission good thing I had the extended warranty. Tim coordinated everything it was a big job and he coordinated everything with warranty company and kept me updated on status. I have to say that this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My next purchase will be with the Castle dealership in McHenry IL and I will ask for Tony to be my sales person.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. I've purchased probably 20 new vehicles in my life thus far. This was the best purchase experience I've had to date. Dan, Kasey and the service team were exceptionally patient...I had a lot of questions. The service team was also exceptionally helpful as well answering some very detailed and specific questions with respect to the vehicle I was purchasing. I have always liked GM vehicles but having a great dealer to stand behind the product is more important than anything to me. The facility is state of the art and I like that but the people seem genuinely interested in doing right by me. If they continue to treat me as they have I will have little reason to ever look anywhere else for a vehicle. Really a great purchase experience and a really good deal as well.

Adrianna was amazing! Upon arrival she asked me do I need any help and I replied sure. I told her I know what I’m looking for, because I’ve already did my research for months. We looked at the car and then proceeded to get dome numbers that I can go off of. I told her I’ll be back in a week to pick the car up. During the week of me getting the car , I had a couple of things I wanted done before I return. She delivered with a five star performance. Very knowledgeable and awesome customer service skills. Also did a follow up call after the sale . I was very pleased with her and would do business with her any day.
