I found a vehicle online (2024 Trax LT) through Cars.com at Cappellino Buick/GMC and put in a request for more information. Within a short period of time Dan Hayes from Cappellino reached out to me and answered my questions as well as set me up to look at the vehicle the next day. When I met Dan I had the instant impression that he was invested in his work and that he was listening to me and understood what was important to me. We looked over and then test drove the car, then returned to the dealership to discuss next steps. Before leaving there that day, I was able to establish a price point I felt comfortable with and a trade value for my current vehicle. The General Manager, Clayton Fanning came out to see me and discuss the trade-in evaluation and we worked together to get a number we both felt a little misery and a good deal of happiness with. Dan and I agreed to meet the next day as I would bring my wife in to see the vehicle and then decide to purchase or not. We decided to purchase the vehicle and finance through GM. The entire process was easy, non-pressure filled and we both felt like we were respected throughout the process. The Finance Manager, Matt Donohue, went over everything with us but didn't try to bend our arms and push all types of add-ons onto us. He explained our options very clearly and left no doubt that we were in control of what we wanted or not. Overall it was a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Dan and the team at Cappellino Buick/GMC Williamsville. I know firsthand how well they work FOR their customers and I can tell you that having been in the car-selling business years ago for one of their direct competitors I felt that they cared about us, like I cared about my customers. Josh was great! I called in morning...to pickup windshield wipers...picked up later in the day....and Josh helped to remove the damaged wipers and put on the new ones, he didn't have to do that. I appreciative the help and kindness. Thank you Gina Tedesco

I’ve leased or bought 4 vehicles from Robert Basil over the last 10 years. Madison has sold me my last 2. She’s been great. Very helpful. Always willing to find the answers to your questions. I especially like the “engine for life” warranty on used vehicles. It has come in handy a few times.

My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.

This was my 4th vehicle leased from Cappellino's. Nick Buccarelli my salesperson for all 4 vehicles is always so patient with my decision making. My last vehicle purchased 2 weeks ago was not easy for Nick. The particular trim package, exterior color and interior color was not readily available nearby. Nick's team drove almost 200 miles one way to pick up the exact vehicle that I wanted. The entire process of leasing a new vehicle from Nick and the staff at Cappellino's is extremely efficient.
