We just replaced our 2022 Buick with a 2024 Buick Encore GX. Vivek Abraham is very helpful and does a wonderful job as a sales person. Crystal Mc Elroy is a wonderful sales manager and she is the reason we keep going back for more cars. The entire staff is helpful and we had an easy buy. What an awesome experience! From the moment I walked in the door at Lou Fusz GMC Buick, I was treated like a member of the Lou Fusz family. This was my very first new car purchase, so naturally I was somewhat skeptical and a little nervous however, when I walked in the showroom, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and then introduced to Gus, the Sales & Leasing Consultant, then like magic, all of my skepticism and nervousness completely vanished. I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Thank you Justin and everyone who worked on my car. ?
