Went in for oil change. Got in right away. Out within an hour. Customer Service was great. Facilities very clean. Overall was a great experience.

My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

I originally went just to see if they had anything I was interested in buying when i was shopping for a used car. I ended up buying my truck from them and the transaction was very smooth and everything was explained in detail. I received free routine service with my purchase, so I went back for oil changes and inspections that were included but have continued after the free services have stopped because the people are so nice and make sure to explain everything and never do anything without asking or explaining bot what needs done and the cost upfront.

Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership is one of the best dealerships that I have been to in my 50 years of owning new vehicles. The facility is extremely clean, and the waiting area is one of the best. They are also very accommodating in scheduling a service call. Overall, a great experience although I do believe 2 1/2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change is a little extreme but I get it. You don?t have a quick lube bay so it goes in line with the technicians.
