Had an excellent experience with the service department at Shelor's on March 2nd. Ethan, my sales rep was so pleasant and professional. He gave me an understandable explanation of why my CEL came on and what was needed to fix it. The part was not in stock, but they were able to go pick one up. Ethan told me approximately how long a wait I would have and offered to drive me somewhere if I didn't want to stay in the service department waiting area. 2024 Buick Envista review
This is a very exceptional automobile featuring many safety features at a very affordable price compared to higher priced vehicles! The car is very attractive and sporty and has earned many admiring comments from people I have met in parking lots. The only drawbacks which might turn off certain prospective buyers are the 3 cylinder turbo engine and the lack of a 4 wheel driving option. Other than that this is a very attractive auto at an unbeatable price!

Mid-State Ford review
I haven't visited the facility yet, so commenting on the physical dealership or service facility isn't yet possible. This dealership, so far, has gone the extra mile in assisting my son, who is currently deployed to Afghanistan and due to return at the end of Aug, with purchasing and holding a car for him. I called at least 8-10 other dealerships who had cars that my son was interested in, and none of them were willing to hold a car, even with a deposit until he returns. This dealership has gone that extra mile to help in this unique situation, and their willingness to do that has helped tremendously. The salesman I have dealt with is named Joe, and his assistance has been incredible so far. My son and I look forward to meeting him, and picking up my son's car early next month.

2024 Buick Envista review
Prior to purchasing my Buick Envista, I had done quite a bit of research and I found that much of what was said was misleading. It's performance I think is very good, realize you are getting a 3 cylinder turbo engine, but for what you get and honestly what you need, it is excellent. I purchased the S/T model and it is a great looking car and I receive great comments about it all the time. I strongly recommend for the money you can't go wrong and will be vey happy with your purchase.
