Originally, I had my heart set on the 2020 Honda CRV but was disappointed that my choice was not possible—- BUT Jake made it right by presenting us with the Touring CRV option. I absolutely love it. Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

John was extremely helpful in getting me trade-in numbers and was always quick to respond, i'll be going to him again in the future when i'm ready to buy my next vehicle!

This is the best car I ever owned, on the road it is so smooth and quiet Its also very stylish and Buick and GM blew it by not really trying to sell them They should have broght it over from Germany in the GSI trim they would have sold a ton of them

Jake made the buying process super simple, checked on multiple vehicles so we could make an informed decision. Would definitely come back. It was an excellent experience

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I ended up buying not one but two vehicles from Jake within a months time because he understood what my family's needs were. If Jake didn't know the answer he was willing to find out.

I can't write too much about this vehicle. The shop has had it longer than me. There seems to be an "out of balance" kind of shake when the vehicle reaches about 25 MPH. I have no doubt that the service team will find and correct the problem. I purchased this vehicle based on the fact that my mother had a Somerset and lent it to me for a week. That car was very comfortable and I knew this Enclave would live up to those standards. The SUV comfort was off the charts compared to that Somerset. For the short time I have driven it, I was pleased. I hope the shop finds the problem soon. I miss the comfort
