I recently bought a used 2017 Mercedes E400 coupe from Walser. It was my first experience with purchasing a Mercedes and these guys were great. It was a very easy process with no mess. They got me into the car I wanted and were extremely helpful along the way! The service department even gave me a run down of what to expect on maintenance before I purchased! Great group of people to work with!

We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. My experience started out very rough. I set up an appointment with Mina, and was told the car was ready for me to look at. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to look and test out the car. When we arrived Mina was with another customer showing the car we came to see. Mina acted as though she was avoiding me so I ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager which did not help matters. This was one of my worst experiences buying a vehicle. Fortunately we were handed of to Brad Huffman and he saved the sale. If it were not for Brad I would have contacted Corporate.

Luke and the team did a great job showing me the inventory and the various options available. IN ethe end - I got a good car at a good price. I spent significantly more than planned but got nearly all I wanted in the vehicle. Only major issue was garage door opener that was a must have for me and I was told was included - up to 8 devices - ended up not being included. Very disappointed in this significant miss.
