Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

This is a great dealership and they treated me well when I was in there. They’re also very patient and attentive to their customers. Alex was another great employee that I spoke with, he makes sure he continuously contacts me and my friend he sold to.

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I felt no pressure or anxiety in the whole process and they also made me feel like I was special. The dealer I went to before Priority, told me he would fill the tank up, with gas, to make me feel special. I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. Before purchasing my Buick Envision Avenir I researched and test drove approximately 8 different brands, even the Porsche Macan and Genesis GV70. I chose the 2022 Buick Envision Avenir because of the value and multiple things about it, mainly the way it looks, feels, and drives. Simply excellent. I love driving this car every day. Absolutely love it after 8 months ownership. Zero problems.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

When looking for a reasonably priced used cars I was so excited when I ran across 518 Auto Sales and the large selection of cars they had!!! The staff including Alex, Wendy, Kyle and Scott were awesome and made me feel right at home!! I will spread the word about this place!!!

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

My baby name is Sunshine. The color I was showed was not the color I got. I love blue when I saw the blue it was different, It didn't pop, I was still like ok whatever, as long as it's blue, she'll grow on me. Before I get her I had only seen one a few yrs back and was puzzled like a buick with a rag top?? Is that a convertible?? Anyway, fast forward... usually when u buy a car u start seeing a lot of them. Well, I didn't so I'm looking at cars (waiting on the delivery of mines) I finally seen the blue I was getting and I was like, ok that's cute. The day of my new arrival. Omg she was more beautiful in person and the Blue was NOT the blue I thought. She popped!!! This baby is beautiful and rides so smooth I wanted something different and she has not disappointed me at all she had 15,910mi I've had her for a lil over 6mos. She sitting at 25k now. Absolutely no regrets i am her third and prayfully her last owner.

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

It's driving heaven love it and it's got 184.000 miles on it and you can barely hear it run, power is amazing, I would not buy anything other than Buick going forward
