I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

Great vehicle with room for seven and plenty of cargo space. A great motorhome TOAD thru model year 2017. Powerful V-6 engine and smooth shifting transmission.

The dealership is relatively new so the facility is very clean and well maintained. All of the people that I met and delt with were welcoming, friendly and polite. If the dealership wasn't so darn far away from where I live, I would gladly frequent it more often. Anthony Saba was the salesman; a nice young man and easy to work with. Tylor (sp), I don't remember his last name, was the person who handled the financial side of my purchase. Also, very friendly and easy to work with.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

We were handled professionally and would return. The salesman was aware of what features were important to us and insured that the car we purchased had all of them and more.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

Tom Anderson and the service department at Henry Brown always do a stellar job for my Yukon. I've been going here 8 years and each time I receive friendly, thorough, and transparent assistance. Joe Stenz is stellar and makes getting my truck serviced a breeze. I was able to work with Wes recently while Joe was out, and I recieved the same help I've come to appreciate from Henry Brown which is a testament to how Tom runs his department. I wish it did consume less fuel. Also, the engine noise that you can hear while driving, give a sport feeling so if you want just luxe and confort, it may distract you. But It's a very good car, new modern look and confortable....

Donna was very helpful. She showed me a van that I was interested in. And then I decided I wanted to see a second one and she went out and found it for me. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to know about and suggested she could help me in the future because I did not find anything yet.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!
