I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. I was looking at a c300 Mercedes. Salesman Branden helped us. Branden was helpful and was knowledgeable about this car. The facility is nice. No real pressure. Unfortunately the car was a little rough, it could have used better preparation. We didn't buy.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

If you're expecting a bit of haggling this is the place to go. We visited about 5 dealerships this time around, looking for a used car and 4/5 dealerships were no "haggle", not that we really had to haggle at this place. We loved the price and condition of the CR-V we bought at Showtime Honda to begin with so the experience went rather smoothly. Ali A. Was great, he expedited our purchase, he was honest and he was very accessible. Ali went above and beyond expectations, considering this was our 5th CR-V we looked at, we had a couple different requests right off the bat and he rolled with our punches throughout. My 9 month pregnant wife and I were both satisfied. About the haggling, they added on a clear coat for $400 we were not able to haggle our way out of, they rest of the add-ons were easily dismissed.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. Definitely less stress than a name-specific dealership like Ford. I worked with : Rick, Bill, and Tim Thank you! :)

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

Have loved this location for service, but this was our first time purchasing a vehicle. Aaron was fantastic to work with! We have been a dodge/ jeep family for 10+ years, but no one has ever been as kind as Aaron. He made the process simple and straight forward, while listening to our needs.
