I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Truly an efficient and effective experience at this dealership. This was my first experience with Thompson Buick Cadillac and given how things went, it will not be my last. I made it clear that I came ready to buy and they responded in a manner that let me know they heard me. I guess it explains why so many people were there the day I was there.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.

I have owned this car for almost 2 yrs & it’s been very reliable & comfortable especially on long trips I would definitely buy again very happy with it.

we had a horrible experience with a couple other dealerships in south Carolina and north carolina . we have been looking for a truck for months and thought we found a couple so we drove to moore county and on the way there they sold the prospective truck as we were pulling on to their lot out from under our feet . we had check in hand and coming in to look at and test drive they knew we were on the way to do so . they never told us someone else was in the process of buying it they just told us it was still available and to come on out they didn't even show us another truck or something equivalent frustrated and upset we drove 45 minutes one way to not see a truck we drove home . Next day we were alerted of another truck this time in south carolina so we drove another 100 miles the oposite way with check in hand to look at another prospective truck. only to get there and realize they weren't honest about the mileage or that the truck was used . they also failed to tell us that it had pulled a travel trailer entirely too big for that type of truck which raised suspicions about the condition of the truck. they also tried getting more money out of us than what they instructed our bank lender to write the check for if we decided to buy. we asked to speak with the manager at this chevy dealership he said he has been working on this since we called and knew all about the situation , but when we brought up the fact we weren't comfortable buying something that was used and had hauled something too big he was furious and didnt like to be called a liar. he also said that he was sorry we wouldn't pay the extra 300 dollars to make the deal go through . being an older couple we were tired and frustrateddthat a upstanding dealership in south carolina treated us the way they did . so we left and called the bank lender and explained what had happened she started looking for us herself and found john hiester Chevrolet of Lillington and told us to call and give it a try before we gave up . they had a brand new 23 chevy truck and it was less money. we called and was directed to ashley whom was very nice and understanding she told us she was on it and would get back to us. the next day i called back on the truck and they made the ball roll right away . we started out that afternoon 80 miles the other way hoping this was not another goose chase . we went up test drove and did paperwork on our new Silverado pickup truck much better price and way more better experience. thank you so much for your courteous professional and kind treatment it made the other 2 dealerships and frustration go away . best car buying experience ever in our 49 years of buying and driving a car . this place deserves a reward of excellence !!!!!!!!!! ive already recommended this dealership to 3 other people thank you to everyone we cant remember all your names we met that night but everyone was very nice and patient and understanding made the whole buying process worth the trip.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

The vehicle matched the description exactly. They shared a Carfax report right away and even sent extra photos upon request. Everything—from the extended warranty to taxes and fees—was explained clearly and upfront. Since I came with my own financing, I can’t speak to their loan options, but the rest of the process was smooth and pressure-free. We made the trip from Charlotte and it was well worth it. I’d gladly purchase from them again.

Had this car since 2012, not even 100,00 miles yet, in great condition and paid for. Excellent car! Great on trips! If taken care of, would recommend this as a very good buy.

It’s crazy how things work but I need to get me a car asap I google Wholesale Motors. I got there 2 hours before closing and Will help me out a lot. Once again this was a last min thing. I was kinda down and out cause of my credit in the past but Will and Rick help me out and I drove off the lot with a vehicle. Will did awesome job for helping finance that work out with me and I good vehicle for me and my loved ones to love. The flex is a great choice

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.
