I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

I am satisfied with my visit. I do think more thorough inspections should be done. My headlight was out and I knew this before the visit, but on the checklist it was marked as good. I love the cookies that are left after service visits as well .

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

The staff is very experience and professional. The estimate for repairs were in line with the services. I compliment the facilities with free coffee, water and soft drinks.

Got me setup with the online purchasing process and was quick to answer any and every question I had almost immediately. The number of cars wasn’t overwhelming by any means and had an amazing selection of cars to choose from. They got me in after work and got my car traded in for a good price and I was leaving in a beautiful car in absolutely enjoying with my family in less than an hour. I’ve recommended a handful of friends and acquaintances to this place for a good price and great selection and how well they handled everything. Mark K is the man!

I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

There were a few small concerns about the vehicle and we worked together to make a deal on the purchase.It was a great car buying experience. I have been driving Lincolns since 1976 and this Buick Enclave is equal or better. But the cost is about 50% less and has more room than my Navigator.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

This car is a pleasure on longer trips. Comfortable driving seat and quiet ride. The turbo kicks in on the highway as needed with plenty of power and get over 30 mpg on the road. Our car has squeaking front brakes when backing up, but otherwise has had no issues. We haven't taken to dealer yet to get the issue corrected.

I was very pleased withe service i received ,i would say the only thing i was not happy with was that they never checked for an extended warranty until i asked if it would be covered by it than was told i should of look to see if you had one sorry.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.
