I bought my 2018 essence in January 2020. It was a rental car with 24,000 miles when I bought it. 34k new, I got it for $17,600. It now has 102,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least 5 more years. Runs and feels brand new. Hard to believe. I still feel happy just getting behind the wheel. So comfortable and fun to drive. Only change the oil and new tires. Not one mechanical issue. I'm afraid I'll never have another car like this one.

My experience was great. The problem with my car was explained in terms I understood. Nick was very friendly and kind. I still need to get a new battery but right now I can't afford it.

I have a 2018 Buick Regal Sportback Essence and it is the best car I have ever owned. I simply love it! It is quiet, stylish, comfortable, and for a 4 cylinder, powerful. Very nice car on long trips.

Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

stylish,fast,comfortable,has all the features needed like sunroof,temperature differential,heated seats(so useful during winter),its really smooth i love revving the engine to to hear it take off its super agile and can keep up with most cars,easy handling ,bought used in 2016 and had it since currently has 82,000 miles and i should probably stop driving so much but its just so fun to drive

The Buick Regal Sportback is a German-built Opel Insignia re-badged as a Buick and imported to the US. Ours has the torque-vectoring AWD system and all the options available (sunfoof, adaptive cruise, nav, bose, etc.). We wanted the 'sportback' design and test-drove all the others (VW, etc.). The Opel/Buick had the least turbo-lag of any of them, and this particular comparison was not even close. Yes, the FWD versions are even quicker and get better gas mileage, but the tourque-vectoring AWD is a driving experience you won't ever forget. We LOVE this car!

My fourth Buick. Each gets better than the last. More room in the trunk. More power under the hood. Much roomier inside. The infotainment system is nice. Wish Buick still had rain-sense wipers though.

Reliable good highway car , nine speed automatic and can feel smooth shifting; unlike CVT vehicles. 2 Lt. Turbo -sufficient 250 horsepower .Hidden hatchback design ; good thinking GM; adds extra space for carrying cargo. Will be discontinued in 2020. Last of North American Buick sedans. Only drawback is the stop/ start in traffic automatic function. Overall satisfied.

This is my second Buick my first is 15 years old and driving is just as great as the day I bought it. I love how easily it drive and all the features it has. The only thing I do not like no sensor when backing up or when there is a car coming close to you

My third Regal, all Certified PreOwned, and all terrific cars. This 2018 has a V6 and every option available, incredibly comfortable seats, and since it is a hatchback, a huge easy to access trunk space. Uses regular gas and has been averaging over 30 mpg on the highway. Love it!!!

My '18 Buick Regal Sportback with heated/cooled seats & AWD was by far the best Buick sedan I've ever owned. Great interior trim design that compliments its exterior design. The factory 4yr50Kmi bumper-to-bumper warranty adds extra piece of mind but other than oil changes & tire rotation I had no other service calls. The Regal Sportback is a great road trip car thanks to its above avg interior comfort and great views around the vehicle from the driver's seat. Mine was fairly loaded as it was the dealers wife's demo. I traded it in last month with 44,570 miles and leased a 2020 Regal Sportback with same options as my '18 did, it has just 3 miles on it. Its a different color but has the same interior. GM really knows how to make great sedans & trucks, as I am not a fan of the crossover as I would purchase a Tahoe or Yukon before buying a Enclave, Envision or XT4/XT5/XT6, etc.

The 2.0 Turbo with the 9 speed transmission is terrific. I was able to attain 35+ MPG with highway driving. The interior is luxurious and quiet and the Sportback is versatile. Great value for the money.

response was good but as like too many dealerships hte person answering the phone does not know much about the car and has to refer the question and that sometimes takes hours or days. Most of these people seem to be on the spot deal makers but are not really car people. Internet is ok but dealerships should have more consistent and knowledgeable people available. Hard for a customer to get information if it isnt already on the website..

Auto house was extremely helpful, transparent and understanding. They worked with me considering I was 638 mi away from their location. They offered to get a third party to do a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle. Once that had been completed, they negotiated to find a transport and get the vehicle shipped to me at little to no cost out of pocket for me. On top of what I paid for the vehicle. I highly recommend Auto house and cars.com because it's been a seamless process to find the vehicle that I wanted to get it inspected and to be able to receive the vehicle that I've been wanting for some time.
