The whole buying experience was great. It was easy, seamless and professionally done. Shaun was great as usual. I wouldn't by a vehicle from anyone else but her. I bought my 2018 essence in January 2020. It was a rental car with 24,000 miles when I bought it. 34k new, I got it for $17,600. It now has 102,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least 5 more years. Runs and feels brand new. Hard to believe. I still feel happy just getting behind the wheel. So comfortable and fun to drive. Only change the oil and new tires. Not one mechanical issue. I'm afraid I'll never have another car like this one.

The Buick Regal Sportback is a German-built Opel Insignia re-badged as a Buick and imported to the US. Ours has the torque-vectoring AWD system and all the options available (sunfoof, adaptive cruise, nav, bose, etc.). We wanted the 'sportback' design and test-drove all the others (VW, etc.). The Opel/Buick had the least turbo-lag of any of them, and this particular comparison was not even close. Yes, the FWD versions are even quicker and get better gas mileage, but the tourque-vectoring AWD is a driving experience you won't ever forget. We LOVE this car!

Response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous. So was the follow-up as the sales agent checked with me regularly. The initial internet presentation of the car wasn't great as pictures were of "other" cars of the wrong color, etc. I didn't buy the car so I don't know what happened after a few days.

Reliable good highway car , nine speed automatic and can feel smooth shifting; unlike CVT vehicles. 2 Lt. Turbo -sufficient 250 horsepower .Hidden hatchback design ; good thinking GM; adds extra space for carrying cargo. Will be discontinued in 2020. Last of North American Buick sedans. Only drawback is the stop/ start in traffic automatic function. Overall satisfied.

I have a 2018 Buick Regal Sportback Essence and it is the best car I have ever owned. I simply love it! It is quiet, stylish, comfortable, and for a 4 cylinder, powerful. Very nice car on long trips.

stylish,fast,comfortable,has all the features needed like sunroof,temperature differential,heated seats(so useful during winter),its really smooth i love revving the engine to to hear it take off its super agile and can keep up with most cars,easy handling ,bought used in 2016 and had it since currently has 82,000 miles and i should probably stop driving so much but its just so fun to drive

My third Regal, all Certified PreOwned, and all terrific cars. This 2018 has a V6 and every option available, incredibly comfortable seats, and since it is a hatchback, a huge easy to access trunk space. Uses regular gas and has been averaging over 30 mpg on the highway. Love it!!!

My fourth Buick. Each gets better than the last. More room in the trunk. More power under the hood. Much roomier inside. The infotainment system is nice. Wish Buick still had rain-sense wipers though.

Had annual service done on my xc60. Service was thorough and prompt. Very easy process and Jud was attentive as usual.

This is my second Buick my first is 15 years old and driving is just as great as the day I bought it. I love how easily it drive and all the features it has. The only thing I do not like no sensor when backing up or when there is a car coming close to you

My '18 Buick Regal Sportback with heated/cooled seats & AWD was by far the best Buick sedan I've ever owned. Great interior trim design that compliments its exterior design. The factory 4yr50Kmi bumper-to-bumper warranty adds extra piece of mind but other than oil changes & tire rotation I had no other service calls. The Regal Sportback is a great road trip car thanks to its above avg interior comfort and great views around the vehicle from the driver's seat. Mine was fairly loaded as it was the dealers wife's demo. I traded it in last month with 44,570 miles and leased a 2020 Regal Sportback with same options as my '18 did, it has just 3 miles on it. Its a different color but has the same interior. GM really knows how to make great sedans & trucks, as I am not a fan of the crossover as I would purchase a Tahoe or Yukon before buying a Enclave, Envision or XT4/XT5/XT6, etc.

just now New Excellent experience from initial visit to picking up my GM certified truck! Note we aren’t local to the area but live 97 miles south of the dealership. It was worth the trip 👍 I really appreciate how the team at Tasca listens to you rather than try to bulldoze you thru a canned process like most dealers. They were flexible and responsive to how I wanted to evaluate the vehicle I was interested in buying and my timeline. Have to give shout outs to so many individuals. Cassandra promptly responding to my internet inquiry, Dillon the sales manager setting up my first visit, Nolan my sales professional meeting me for the test drive then taking care of everything up to final delivery and Melvin the finance manager who made sure the money part went smoothly. Very nice, staff friendly and accommodating, kelp me updated on the status of the maintenance process. Notified me promptly once the service was completed and vehicle ready for pick up. The facility was sparkling clean and comfortable for waiting while vechicle in the service department.

Very comfortable, quiet, good mileage, love the turbo. It really drives and handles great. Got the convenience package which has just the right amount of accessories I wanted, so overall perfect car for me.

My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.

The 2.0 Turbo with the 9 speed transmission is terrific. I was able to attain 35+ MPG with highway driving. The interior is luxurious and quiet and the Sportback is versatile. Great value for the money.

Have owned my White 2020 GS for this car for a little while and it is a all around great vehicle with good performance and handling, reliability and easy maintenance, electronics and features that cost way more on other vehicles. The versatility of the hatchback allows you to load a ton of items which I have done on several occasions, get people staring often because of it stylish design. Only thing I would change would be to add the Comfort seats instead of the current sport ones.

Traveling to the Keys from NC with a troop of Boy Scouts my new battery (three weeks old) failed in Titusville. I replaced the battery but between Titusville and West Palm my battery voltage gauge started to drop. I stopped into Schumacher Buick GMC to check the battery and charging system to ensure I did not have an electrical issue. The shop had a full day of appointments, but the front staff worked with the shop to squeeze me in. Within an hour Rob, the shop supervisor, troubleshoot my car, ensured me that the electrical system was working properly and got me back on the road. Thanks.
