I enjoyed working with Austin. The car I wanted was located and delivered in a timely manner. My complaint is with myself for not making sure I fully understood the process. I didn’t ask about the total out of pocket expense before picking up the lease car. It really hurt me financially. My car payment is substantially more than I remember being quoted originally. I will just have to make it work. Austin spent time going over the features of the car with me and I appreciate that. I also accidentally left my insurance papers and car registration in the previous lease car. Once again that was my fault, but it was difficult to resolve. I’m hoping this lease experience will go well.

Had this car since 2012, not even 100,00 miles yet, in great condition and paid for. Excellent car! Great on trips! If taken care of, would recommend this as a very good buy.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

OK...you really don't have to leave your house to purchase a car / truck anymore. Case in point....I found a Chevy 1500 pickup with literally everything I was looking for. Great rust free body, non-AFM V-8, low miles, two wheel drive, a simple little pickup. Well, here we go...Found the truck I was looking for on-line but lo and behold, the dealer (Bob Lueger GMC in Jasper Indiana) was over 350 miles away from my home in Michigan. What the heck, I contacted the dealer (and my excellent salesman Dallas Jenkins) and inquired about the truck. Told him what I'd like and over a couple of phone calls, Dallas provided a great deal. Now I have no idea why a person in Indiana has a first name of "Dallas" but what do I know? Anyway, the sale went through flawlessly and I arranged the transport while Dallas watched over the sale. Fabulous. Can't speak more highly of this Dealership and my salesman Dallas Jenkins. First time I bought a vehicle over the internet and I can only imagine shady dealerships messing with a potential buyer, but I can say that Bob Luegers GMC dealership is the real deal and a very honest and cooperative dealership (THANK YOU DALLAS). As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

The service was done very well, but the driver's seat will no longer go all the way back, and I was informed it will cost $1,100 to fix it. This is the second major system of the car to fail (sunroof). That does not make me think highly of the quality of a Lincoln car. If you (the Lincoln company) can not do better than that, I will not buy another Lincoln! Yes, I am angry and disappointed.

Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.
