The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

My son looked at cars and was not hassled. People answered questions for him. He bought a 2014 Kia FORTE 5 EX hatchback. Blue, ha is happy!

This car has been wonderful. I bought it new after researching many cars. It has lived up to the hype. It rides wonderfully, the turbo kicking in is smooth and quick. It is very safe for my family with all the safety features and is easy to maintain. I love the all wheel drive, adaptive cruise control, blind spot and very comfortable power everything including leather power seats with memory and navigation and hands free calling. Yoohoo!

I have owned mine for 9 years. Bought it used in 2017 and I love it. My job requires traveling by car and I have over 150,000 miles on it. Despite being fully loaded with all the toys, my leather edition never breaks down. It has never left me stranded. I would put the reliability of this vehicle up against any Japanese car. Maybe that’s why the value of the car has held steady. It is a shame Buick stopped making them in 2017.

Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

He listened to my ideas on what I was looking for and test drove the vehicle. It was perfect for me and love it. Service department was very friendly and fast when I took it in for rust proofing. This car is a dream to own & drive. My only complains are the paint job. Mine is silver and deterating very fast now matter how much its washed & waxed. Also, you cannot check the transmission fluid unless you take it to the dealer. It is sealed underneth the car. Other than those 2 issues, its a wonderful vehicle.

It's driving heaven love it and it's got 184.000 miles on it and you can barely hear it run, power is amazing, I would not buy anything other than Buick going forward

Not a hint of pressure, only customer service focused help; from everyone including the sales person, the GM and the finance guy. Buying a car can be an unpleasant process, but it certainly was not at Luther Fiat/Alfa Romeo.

V6 has smooth power delivery. 9 speed transmission is smooth. AWD is great for South Dakota winter driving. Quiet cabin while driving 80mph on the Interstate. Some creaks and rattles when you hit pot holes.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Beautiful car but get the 6cyl or you’ll be disappointed with its lack of power. The Lacrosse is the perfect cross between luxury and sport. Great comfort, excellent sound system, quiet ride, quick acceleration, tight road handling. The plethora of technology takes about two weeks to adapt but soon becomes second nature. Reasonable economy/gas mileage. The touch technology for temperature control is a bit awkward. I had my lacrosse checked by my mechanics and got a thumbs up. This is my 6th Buick, it continues to please just remember to get the 6 cylinder

I have had my Buick Lacrosse Premium 2 car since March 2017 It is a great car. the only problem I have had was the first week I owned it. since then I have driven close to 99,000 miles and no issues after the warranty ran out. I did have a power window motor go out but it was fixed under warranty. I average 30.3 MPG driving 9,350 miles during a 2.50 month trip out west last fall. The car was perfect. The new michelin tiers did great. Too bad Buick opted for some really ugly cars for 2025. The enclave has a 2.5 and its gas mileage and power are horrible. It looks like they made it ugly and less streamlined than before. The hood is horrible. I was a Buick owner of 4 cars. Now because they had terrible designers. I have to move on. If you cannot tell, I love the old 6 cylinder. I at 25mpg on the road and loved its power when needed. I was a great looking SUV back in 2011.

Bought this 2017 Buick LaCrosse Essence used with 50,000 miles on it back in April 2023. Excellent car. Comfortable and great gas mileage. As comfortable as my last Lexus Es350. Too bad they don’t make these Sedans any more. Grab one while you still can.

oil change, repair tire monitor and purchase windshield wipers to about 3 hours. Work was done very well. Walser Buick is a very popular dealership and sometimes you have to wait a bit. All is well and I will continue to purchase vehicles from them as well as servicing them.

I've owned my car since 2014 to current time, and I am pleased with this car my biggest drawback is my Radio must have a loose antenna because some stations are crystal clear while other tend to drop off while driving and dealership refused to even look at it although my car was still under warranty. I didn't want to push the issue, it's like being in a restaurant you never send your food back to the kitchen. As far as performance she's very quick once the Turbo kicks in and nice to look at.

Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

I have done so much dumb stufff in this car, never once disappointed me, did a 30 second peel out and my CXL FWD V6 never even broke a sweat
