Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

This was our first time buying from a dealership, and Brody absolutely made this an A experience! From the first interaction to the last, he approached everything with our needs in mind, and really proved that customer satisfaction is his priority. He accommodated our odd schedule and was open to meeting us outside of regular hours to look at a car we saw online. We drove from Bloomington-Normal and he had the car warmed up for us, waiting for the test drive. There was never any moment that he was pushy for a sale or trying to sell us something we didn’t want. Needless to say - we fell in love with the car, and definitely were impressed by Brody and his dedication to his business and customer service. When we came back the next day to pick up the car it was dark and pouring rain - we pulled up and Brody was installing new wipers on it for us! Memorable customer service is about doing the little things for your customers - and supporting this small business will be something we do again when the time comes. I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

The group there worked well as a team and were very attentive without the High pressure Schick. Very honest about inventory and knowledgeable about what they were selling. Cars so clean it's a wonder how they do it. You want it they have it.Bmw, porsche,tuners,Lamborghini crossover, all the way down to mid range cars. Did not have to haggle prices were fair and best of all, I know cars and they respected and took notes on what needed attention and started right away. I loved our vehicle we chose. 2012 Verano has over 200,000 miles. It is very comfortable and I love my car. I do take care of it and keep the service up.

I bought my 2012 used few years ago and totally love the car. Very comfortable quiet and smooth with great fuel mileage for a pretty powerful V-6 Engine. Have most all the maintenance records and it's been very well maintained. Plan on getting transmission serviced soon as it's got 82K on it and don't see transmission serviced yet. Transmission still shifts very well but want to keep it serviced well.

Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

Best car I have ever owned. Bought it used in 2020 with 19k on it. I now have 54k on it. This car has not had one problem. I have averaged 26.8 mpg over the last 35,000 miles and I can get 35 to 38 mpg on highway trips. This is from a 310 HP V-6 that will scream when you need it. Impressive. These new Turbo 4 cylinders can't touch the smoothness, the power or the efficiency of this engine. At 50mph if you step on the throttle it puts your back against the seat and sprints to 100 mph in a blink. I have forgotten to shut off the engine a couple times as I was leaving the car. The thing is whisper quiet when idling or at 80 mph. 8 years old and still tight all around. This is truly an amazing car.
