Hiland Toyota is an exceptionally honest dealership. I made a deal online with Internet Manager Lonnie Tapscott and flew 2,000 miles to pick up a used car. Lonnie even gave me a ride from my hotel - five star service. The car was visibly indistinguishable from new inside and out. No wear, no door dings, not a single paint swirl, nada. After a short test drive, I signed two documents and was on the road in five minutes - easiest dealership closing process I have ever seen. During my four day trip home, it was determined that the front tires, despite having adequate remaining tread, had split due to age and sun exposure. As they were unsafe for the highway I replaced them at my expense and let Lonnie know the Service Dept could possibly improve their tire inspection process. To my great surprise, Hiland offered to send me a check for the full cost of both tires. They knew the chance of me being a repeat customer from five states away was low but they wanted to do the Right Thing. This is a dealer you can trust to keep their word, which is rare. I will keep my eye on their inventory and heartily endorse them for anyone looking for a car locally or from outside Moline. Very impressive operation.

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

Love this car, however there is a Blind Spot (on passenger side) when making a turn, caused by windshield frame and side mirror together. Very dangerous.

Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. V6 has smooth power delivery. 9 speed transmission is smooth. AWD is great for South Dakota winter driving. Quiet cabin while driving 80mph on the Interstate. Some creaks and rattles when you hit pot holes.

Best car I have ever owned. Bought it used in 2020 with 19k on it. I now have 54k on it. This car has not had one problem. I have averaged 26.8 mpg over the last 35,000 miles and I can get 35 to 38 mpg on highway trips. This is from a 310 HP V-6 that will scream when you need it. Impressive. These new Turbo 4 cylinders can't touch the smoothness, the power or the efficiency of this engine. At 50mph if you step on the throttle it puts your back against the seat and sprints to 100 mph in a blink. I have forgotten to shut off the engine a couple times as I was leaving the car. The thing is whisper quiet when idling or at 80 mph. 8 years old and still tight all around. This is truly an amazing car.

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.

Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

I had purchased my first Buick in 2017 when my current vehicle bit the dust. I was a traveling journeyman electrician stuck in Des Moines, Iowa. I purchased the 2003 LeSabre for $500 and wasn't expecting it to last long. It had 87k miles on it and was used as a winter car only. It gave up in the spring of 2021 with 350k miles on the odometer. It was fixable, but I let it go. I'm about to purchase another, same year, same make and model, with a shade over 100k miles....

When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. This makes the fourth review that I have written on this site about my 2014 Buick LaCrosse since 2014. Since I bought it new this car has been a joy to own. I do not harbor one disappointment or complaint about it. Other than normal scheduled maintenance as recommended by GM the only other service needed was a replacement of a stuck brake light switch. That's it! In addition to the above mentioned normal mechanical maintenance service, I do have the car detailed twice a year plus frequent car washes in-between to keep the finish like new. An aside---twice within the past six weeks two strangers have approached me commenting on the cars looks, engaging me in conversations around it and asking about my experience with Buick. Of all the new luxury and higher end cars I have owned over many years, this car has elicited more positive comments on a consistent basis year after year then any other I have had and it still continues to draw positive attention after six years. I find that amazing. It is too bad that the LaCrosse is no longer in production but when I am ready for a new car I will definitely be going back to Buick. I hope the four reviews I have provided over the past six years are helpful to those who are considering buying a Buick. In my opinion you can't go wrong.
