Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

I currently own two of these vehicles; each has over 200,000 miles, and gets the original mileage specs (29mpg highway). A reliable and workhorse car. I had another with 313000 miles that was hit by a truck on the highway - SAD!! They tend to rust (we are in the midwest with a lot of snow and rain, so what do you expect? ). Replaced tires once on each vehicle. Last year. we drove 18000 miles with one, driving all over the US; went to Alaska once with no problems

They were kind and efficient. The battery was weak because they had the car for a while. They replaced the battery after the sale was finished.

Worked on one for a friend and this car is smooth and easy to work on. It's big and roomy and very stylish even today. The only thing I seen that I did not like was it doesn't get good gas mileage and it's a V6. Kinda to much weight for a V6 to be pulling but once you get it on the highway it's definitely a cruiser and smooth.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

This car took great care of my mother. It was used little, low miles and leather seats are extremely comfortable and look new. Passenger and back seats were rarely used. Look great and drive in style, this car has many more miles to go.

Bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium in December of 2023. It had 120,000 miles on it. I now have 155,000 miles on it, and haven't incurred a single issue as of yet. Smooth, quiet, comfortable ride, gets a fair share of compliments. I think they must've ran up against budget when they arrived at the interior. Lol. Not a major concern though. This car is very reliable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car!

This was the best experience ever. When I tell you the entire process was so smooth and the jeep looked even better in person I truly mean that. It was everything I wanted and I truly had the greatest advisor, Angela Collins. She texted me, she called me and was very prompt sending me the paperwork so we could start the sales process. It also helped that she was so fun and funny, any nervousness I had when I walked in disappeared the moment I met her. She’s now my best friend in my head so make sure to ask for her! Best car I have ever owned. Bought it used in 2020 with 19k on it. I now have 54k on it. This car has not had one problem. I have averaged 26.8 mpg over the last 35,000 miles and I can get 35 to 38 mpg on highway trips. This is from a 310 HP V-6 that will scream when you need it. Impressive. These new Turbo 4 cylinders can't touch the smoothness, the power or the efficiency of this engine. At 50mph if you step on the throttle it puts your back against the seat and sprints to 100 mph in a blink. I have forgotten to shut off the engine a couple times as I was leaving the car. The thing is whisper quiet when idling or at 80 mph. 8 years old and still tight all around. This is truly an amazing car.

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.
