The Lot was clean and presentable, there was plenty of info displayed on each vehicle. We weren’t pressured to buy anything, Gary was very helpful and gave us the space to make my own decision. Once I decided, they made sure the total price was in my price range, and made the final paperwork a breeze to get through. Brad did an excellent job going thru my Rogue after I had problems with it. I bought it at the Oak Creek Dealership a few days b4. I was having problems withe the front end lower plate being broken partially off. We took it to the Good Hope Dealership for service. Brad said it needed to have the bottom plate replaced and he would steam clean all the filthy mud stuck under the car. It was even wet in the spare tire compartment. Im told it now was a flood car which I just found out about. I m happy that Brad took care of the problems that should have been taken care of b4 it left the lot in Oak Creek. Thank you Brad.
