This Lucerne is my second. I LOVE that car! Drives great, handles well in the snow, has always been reliable! 245k miles later...I still love her! I did buy a new car because I drive a lot.... I went with a jeep Cherokee only because buick doesn't make sedans anymore and the enclave which i loved... is too much car for me and my dog.

Only trouble I’ve had is with the relay in the rear fuse box under the back seat.. I found a video on YouTube regarding this issue. It should be recalled. Very poor design in placing the fuse box. Had to replace the fuse box, and modify my seat to not press against the cover which burns out the relay in the fuse box. Should’ve been a shorter relay.

Went above and beyond to send me a real time video of the vehicle, very helpful since I’m 4 hours away. Truly appreciate your help!

Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list

Regal Turbo Premium 1 model! Smooth and beautiful! I drive this with confidence that my two children are safe in this vehicle. My wife and I are expecting our 3rd child so I’m currently selling it for a bigger vehicle. Other than that, I would keep this forever! It’s a hefty safe vehicle with a great look to it as well!

At our local car lot I had driven 2 cars and wasn't satisfied with either I asked if the dealer had more in my price range..he said no...as I was leaving I saw a nice looking car I said hey there's no price on this is it someones? he said no it had just come in.. I asked could I drive it he said sure...As soon as I sat down I knew this was one great car! Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

I've got a 2015 LaCrosse that I absolutely love, love, love! It has only 49,000 miles on it. White exterior, 2 tone interior, leather seats, swede header. Sunroof. Comfortable as xxxx! Great value. I wouldn't take less than $25,000 for it. It's a beautiful car! Nan in Massachusetts

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

This car feels like experiencing a level of driving that no mortal was supposed to feel. Truly a divine car. Must say two deer at once is not good news for it though :( I miss mine so much, definitely the best sedan I’ve ever owned. It’s not even close

I had a really great experience purchasing my new wheels here - the salesman was honest and knowledgable and also friendly!

I bought (11/30/2022) the car used from a reputable dealer and within a month I had to replace the transmission. The transmission cooler lines were broken, and it was only half full of coolant. Thankfully, I purchased the extended warranty. Otherwise, I'd be looking at a repair bill of $5000. One last note, I find it strange that I had brought the car for service several times and no one noticed it or felt it? The car would not go over 4K RPM. They also told me I could only drive the car around the dealership parking lot. Never trust a car salesman's word rings true! Back to the car, very smooth ride, lots of power with a smooth auto trans. ventilated cooled and heated seats, heated steering wheel, crash protection automation with automatic braking, large panoramic sunroofs, BOSE......................
