Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

My experience with Steve Schmidt Chevrolet was very good. All the people were friendly and helpful. Jaylynn Taylor went out of her way to answer questions and show me how things worked. I would recommend folks to do business with this dealership. I am very pleased with the car I purchased.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

I've just purchased a car. While I haven't taken delivery as of yet the interactions with sales personnel and financial personnel have been stellar. Initially I was treated professionally and now I feel like family. Although I'm an out-of-state buyer I be been treated as though I was a neighbor. Can't wait to take delivery thanks.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

I was leaving for a week on vacation when my car started acting up. I called Russ (my salesman from a year ago) and he had me drop it off that Saturday. The Service Department looked at it on Wednesday, ordered the part and fixed my car before I returned from vacation at no cost to me as it was covered under my powertrain warranty. I was super excited that they went above and beyond to bring my car home for me. I want to personally thank Derrick (hopefully I spelled it right) for keeping me updated while I was in Tennessee and for making sure everything went smoothly. Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

I have owned this car for almost 2 yrs & it’s been very reliable & comfortable especially on long trips I would definitely buy again very happy with it.

I tracked six cars within 100 miles of my home for more than a year. One-by-one, these cars disappeared as other people bought them. After watching one of the remaining ones linger on the lot for more than a year, I visited the dealership during Labor Day weekend. About 10 days later, I contacted the dealer through Cars.com. Ben Ellis replied. He was polite and answered all of my questions. I visited this past weekend to test-drive the car and talk to Ben. I had not bought a car in more than 10 years. A lot has changed about the process and I'd never bought a car from a small-town dealer. I prepared for all sorts of negatives that never happened - no upselling, no pushing unwanted dealer add-ons, no "what monthly payment are you looking for?" conversations. I went in prepared and knew what I would pay and what I would not. Ben and Roger Jennings couldn't have been easier about all aspects of the process - trade-in, finance and purchase. It was stressless, cordial and simple. Ben assisted me with the OnStar and SiriusXM set-ups, answered my vehicle questions and asked if I had more questions. If I buy a Buick, Chevy or GMC in the future, I'll consider making the jaunt to Roger Jennings to do it.

Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

Highly recommend coming to hertz to buy a car. The salesman I worked with was Tom. Not only do they have a wide selection of vehicles, welcoming environment, and an outstanding team. As picky and Indecisive as I am. They took the time to make sure I was taken care of. They had a few vehicles sent from other locations for me to overview and on top of that they definitely hold their word! So, give them a shot! Greatly, appreciate their service!

Taking a 12-year-old CTS Sport Wagon to a Cadilllac dealership for service tends to make one brace oneself for the onslaught of potential sales pitch that naturally occurs when an older model comes in for service and the dealership is in the business of selling brand new ones. To my pleasant surprise the approach was quite the opposite and Terry, along with members of the sales staff, all seemed genuinely happy to provide service work without the sales pitch. The work was completed quickly and the car remains the reliable and fun-to-drive car that has been a testament to the make's time-honored claim as "Standard of the World". Even when I mentioned that a new Cadillac might be in the cards someday, the staff was happy to know they were helping keep one of the most iconic models that Cadillac has produced in recent years on the road. Thank you, Terry and the staff who worked diligently to get my car repaired and back to me well within the time frame that had been promised.

Comfortable and so very pretty!! I put on many miles a day and the gas mileage has been great. This was a great decision on a great car.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. On Saturday 9/14. We made a good decision buying a used car from St Louis Hertz. The staff was very friendly, concerned, and helpful. Expect a few minor scratches on the these 2 to 3 year old cars but, you save about 1/3 off the price of buying a new car. Still waiting for our sales tax check which was financed into our car loan but, they did say it would take about 3 weeks to receive. We should get the check before our temps expire. Five Stars for this car sales.

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.
