Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Ben Ellis replied. He was polite and answered all of my questions. I visited this past weekend to test-drive the car and talk to Ben. I had not bought a car in more than 10 years. A lot has changed about the process and I'd never bought a car from a small-town dealer. I prepared for all sorts of negatives that never happened - no upselling, no pushing unwanted dealer add-ons, no "what monthly payment are you looking for?" conversations. I went in prepared and knew what I would pay and what I would not. Ben and Roger Jennings couldn't have been easier about all aspects of the process - trade-in, finance and purchase. It was stressless, cordial and simple. Ben assisted me with the OnStar and SiriusXM set-ups, answered my vehicle questions and asked if I had more questions. I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. This car meet all of my expectations, warm, comfortable, neat, grand and wild. The body is sleek, seats are comfortable and heated and appreciate the remote starter.

The part for our tail lamp needed to be ordered, so we were not scheduled for the repair for about a week. However, when the part came in, they made arrangements to get our vehicle fixed the next day. The shop waiting area was clean and coffee/tea was provided for us waiting on repairs.
