The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

If you buy a vehicle though when they say your first payment is such a date if you do payment by weekly or weekly make sure you make payment before the payment is do because by the date it's due they will want full payment on that date then after that it's weekly or by weekly

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

When I first visited the dealership, It was not a positive experience. I wasn't going to go back, but decided to try a different salesman. Travis Hoover was quick to greet me and very considerate when I explained I had been there before but wanted a different salesman if I could. He was wonderful. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Asked pertinent questions but was not pushy at all. he truly wanted me to have a great experience and hopefully a new vehicle. I did buy a Kona that day. Travis walked me though the process. Listened to my concerns and was quick to act on them. I had a great experience. I now have a great new Kona. I am happy I went back.

As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

I was supposed to have a full tank of gas but didn?t realize until the second time I drove the vehicle that it probably was not even half full. ??????????

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I had a minor repair (windshield fluid tank) that was a $98 part and $300 labor. Explaining it would be difficult to pay the labor, the Service Dept. connected me to the Body Shop whose labor was considerably less. The Receptionist went above and beyond to get me Shuttled from and back to the shop during the repair. It makes a difference when people do their jobs with excellent service which is what happened for me.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. The experience was pleasant from the time I walked in the door. Greeted by every person that I passed and several went out of their way to greet me. Christina was working with me on the vehicles that I wanted to take a look at. She had the keys for both vehicles at her desk upon my arrival. After some chatting, we took one for a test drive, and we took it to my house as my wife was not able to come to the Greg Hubler's on this day to allow her to see the vehicle, which we both greatly appreciated. Upon returning to the dealership, I knew that I was going to take this vehicle, and Christina started the purchase process, by listening to what I was expecting to pay each month and making sure that I received all the incentives that I was eligible for. Then Zack came over to get a feel for what I was looking for a far a payments per month and he worked his magic, and it was very close to what I felt comfortable with. And the deal was done. Not once did I feel any pressure to make a deal at any time, every step of the process was explained to my satisfaction. Chuck came over several time to ensure that I had not concerns about any step of the process. Once everything was signed and approved, Christina took the time to guide me through the set-up of the info mat display on the vehicle, not just signing in, but through each app that is available, and this surely saved me time figuring it out on my own. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience as I was going to spend a lot of money on a vehicle and everyone did everything in their power to ensure that it was done right, and I really appreciate that. Now I am extremely happy with my vehicle purchase as this is the first new vehicle that I have ever bought.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I visited Preferred Auto on a limb on Saturday searching for a very specific GMC Acadia (I'm very picky). Travis Hoover met us in the parking lot in the pouring rain and within 20 minutes I was test driving my dream vehicle. Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.
