I scheduled a battery replacement the same morning of my repair. They were able to make the repairs within 1/2 hour, and I was on my way!

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Great service, everyone was very accommodating and patient with me. They took the time to make sure I understood everything from the car and all its features to my maintenance options and finance options. Made the process very relaxed and enjoyable.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Once again, we are extremely happy with our repeat business with Jeremy Weathers and Boucher VW. They never let us down.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I recently purchased a Cadillac XTS from Bergstrom of Madison. My decision to purchase from Bergstrom was primarily a consequence of two factors: (1) the unparalleled quality of Bergstrom service that I received during the past five years with my Cadillac CTS-4, and (2) Josh Thiermann approaching me as I wandered around looking at newer Cadillacs as mine was being serviced. When I speak of Bergstrom "service", for me it begins and ends with Demetrius Salinas. Demetrius was my technician in most instances when I visited the dealership for routine maintenance (oil and filter changes, etc.) and on those few occasions when I had need for repair service (purchase of a new battery, etc.). On some occasions other service staff worked with me, and each of them did and exceptional job as well, but as fate would have it, Demetrius was my service technician for probably seventy-five percent of my service visits. He is very knowledgeable about the Cadillac brand, and he addressed and resolved satisfactorily every request or question that I submitted to him regarding my CTS-4. As I proceed with my XTS, I'm confident that Demetrius will continue in the same manner of working with me as he has in the past. With regard to Josh Thiermann, I had no intention of trading in my CTS-4 and purchasing an XTS. I just wanted to walk around the car lots and see the newer models of Cadillac, while waiting on service. Josh was very friendly and he answered every question that I had about cars. Although I informed Josh that I was not looking to purchase a vehicle, and that I was just waiting on the completion of service to my vehicle, he still was kind enough to walk me around the lot and show me car after car, and answer all of my questions regarding the cars. As fate would have it, I saw the XTS that I ultimately purchased and Josh made the transaction occur. His knowledge about the cars was incredible, his responsiveness to my likes and dislikes was honored without attempting to persuade me to change my point of view, and once I finally decided to make an offer on a vehicle, I truly felt that Josh was my advocate in the transaction. Without Josh doing the things that he did, I seriously doubt that my transaction would have occurred In closing, I'm a content Bergstrom repeat customer, and that is a consequence of the quality of their cars, and the services that I received from Demetrius and Josh, two fantastic employees of Bergstrom.

I bought my 2019 Envision a week ago Low miles certified Premium 11. Beautiful car nice ride plenty of pep with the turbo. Moonroof is awesome. Glad I got it AWD is good in the snow we got here in Vt

Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.

This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

rides like a dream easy to park lots of room inside can carry whole family or put the seat down for construction load. It has a beautiful body and looks important on the road

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Black on black with black grill and rims with crushed glass in the paint, so many compliments especially how masculine looking the vehicle is The dealership Garber of Fort pierce has been amazing from sales to service to accessories Best purchase I've made in years highly recommended

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Helpful and friendly staff (sales and service center). Made me feel at home and not pressured to buy something I didn't need or want.They even came and picked me up at my apartment in the car I wanted to buy and took me back to the dealership to make the transaction.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

This dealership is the best, we buy all our vehicles, personal and business. in my recent experience, my car battery died at work. Called the dealership, they came to my work and gave it a jump, followed me to the dealership and installed a new battery. The whole process from the time I called to the time I left the dealership was just under 1 hour. Highly Recommend!

I love this car and it’s loaded with safety features and it’s pretty fast, a fun to drive car. Also pretty comfortable so if you’re looking for a nice car get this one.

While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here (I was in the market for a Subaru). I would absolutely recommend them. They let me know when one of the cars I was interested in sold since I was driving from out of town. They also were very up front with pricing options and financing options. I worked mainly with Cameron and Eric. If you’re in the market for a VW car I would absolutely recommended making your purchase here.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

This is a very exceptional automobile featuring many safety features at a very affordable price compared to higher priced vehicles! The car is very attractive and sporty and has earned many admiring comments from people I have met in parking lots. The only drawbacks which might turn off certain prospective buyers are the 3 cylinder turbo engine and the lack of a 4 wheel driving option. Other than that this is a very attractive auto at an unbeatable price!

I used John Bridgman to buy a used Accord. The transaction was actually rather enjoyable. I was apprehensive buying from a dealer other than Honda but quickly realized that these people are fair to deal with. The dealer finance rep treated me good too. He explained the optional warranty and it makes a lot of sense to me so I am covered for the power train stuff until I hit 125,000 miles. That'll take me years. I endorse John.

Prior to purchasing my Buick Envista, I had done quite a bit of research and I found that much of what was said was misleading. It's performance I think is very good, realize you are getting a 3 cylinder turbo engine, but for what you get and honestly what you need, it is excellent. I purchased the S/T model and it is a great looking car and I receive great comments about it all the time. I strongly recommend for the money you can't go wrong and will be vey happy with your purchase.
