The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

We worked with Steve and ultimately Huey when purchasing a honda civic. The process was so smooth and easy. Steve made us feel so comfortable, it was a simple process, nothing was a problem, anything we asked they had the solution with no hiccups. We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Salesman Frank Vitolo was patient and thorough. There was no pressure. The efficiency of this dealership was impressive, and every employee I encountered made me feel comfortable and important. As a wholesaler this was as good experience as could be imagined. The car was in good condition and on a long drive home showed no problems. Recommended.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was professional and helpful. The dealership was spacious, attractive and clean. I was offered drinks. The process was smooth without any pressure. Even the financial officer was friendly. I didn’t have any trouble coming to an agreement on the price and terms. One of the best car buying experiences I have had.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

I was concerned about the oil life percentage. I called for service and I was able to get a Friday when I was available. I originally was going to wait but a friend agreed to pick me up! The service desk was accommodating and the car was ready on time!

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! I found this Dealership and the Car I ultimately bought on Carfax.com which I liked because of the free Carfax feature. The two salesmen at the dealership, Colin and Steve were very friendly and low key (no pressure). I took a long test drive (alone) in the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS which I ultimately bought. Colin worked out a great price on the vehicle to make it fit within my budget, including taxes and fees. It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.
