I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

My baby name is Sunshine. The color I was showed was not the color I got. I love blue when I saw the blue it was different, It didn't pop, I was still like ok whatever, as long as it's blue, she'll grow on me. Before I get her I had only seen one a few yrs back and was puzzled like a buick with a rag top?? Is that a convertible?? Anyway, fast forward... usually when u buy a car u start seeing a lot of them. Well, I didn't so I'm looking at cars (waiting on the delivery of mines) I finally seen the blue I was getting and I was like, ok that's cute. The day of my new arrival. Omg she was more beautiful in person and the Blue was NOT the blue I thought. She popped!!! This baby is beautiful and rides so smooth I wanted something different and she has not disappointed me at all she had 15,910mi I've had her for a lil over 6mos. She sitting at 25k now. Absolutely no regrets i am her third and prayfully her last owner.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Corey did not try to push a sale on us. I appreciated that! When it came time to talk Financials, PJ was super friendly! PJ was also very informative but not pushy when it came to different options, regarding financing the vehicle. Overall, everyone with whom we came in contact with was super friendly! The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Looking at a Tucson in the parking lot Steve Young came out in the rain to help us. He immediately connected with us. My grandson wanted to trade in his Accent for the Tucson. Steve was incredibly helpful. He had the added challenge of working with grandparents and a girlfriend. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.
