The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

I have a 2018 TourX which I bought new on the early months of 2019. At the date of this review, I have put only 20,000 miles on this car. I am not a connoisseur of high end cars, but I do know when a car is fun to drive, sporty and practical. I am getting the best bang for my bucks with this car. With limited production and stunted promotion from Buick I rarely see any on roads. It's a shame.

The Buick TourX handles and performs great, interior is comfortable, and very spacious and plenty of rear leg room. This wagon is awesome with the turbo engine and all the extras on the essence trim package. It is the best-looking wagon on the market, and it drives beautifully.

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

I bought a leftover 2019 model !in 2020. I saw one and cancelled plans for a Volvo wagon. I had seen this model in Europe (as an Opel), and was really taken by the stylish lines. It drives great (all-wheel drive, turbo) and has been very reliable - over 62,000 miles already. I get lots of questions and compliments. It is too bad Americans don’t buy station wagons… they drive so much better than SUV’s, and my aging golden retriever can step into it. The dashboard is rather plain, but functional.

It's been a lot of years since I have been in a car dealership. Many things have changed, but my experience with Corwin Ford Republic was enjoyable and very satisfying. I give an A+.

I love my Buick Regal Tourx. I liked it at first but felt it was too expensive for my budget. However, my wife offered to pay for 1/3 of the cost. So, we bought it in August of 2018. I am 80 years old, so I have owned many cars over the years. Probably around 25 of them. I have had more people praise the styling and classy aura of the car, than all the previous cars, combined! As of December of 2020, my only expenses have been gasoline. The dealer gave me lifetime oil changes. Everything works well. Many folks ask me, "is it a sedan or a SUV or a wagon, or what?" I say that I do not know but I don't care. It serves me in all those ways and features! Best buy I have ever made for reliable and joyful transportation.

I just sold my roadmaster and I feel really sorry about that. I miss the comfort! It is a good car and plus rides really good.

I bought a 18 Essence that sat on the lot for 9 months or so but it listed for 41k and I paid 30k for it, never had a second thought. It’s a great highway runner, and it’s super comfortable and classy looking, still under warranty and have only had it in the shop for oil changes and 2 recalls

20,000 miles on a 2018 Essence and we couldn't be happier with this "Buick" by Opel. Quiet, efficient, reliable and fun to drive. Not many modern vehicles earn a second look from anyone; the TourX often gets triple-takes and compliments from strangers. Peace of mind: The smooth 2.0 liter turbo engine is found in many other GM vehicles, so maintenance and repair won't be an issue. And the pleasant Aisin 8-speed tranny is in wide use in popular cars including the Toyota Camry. To sum up, we feel quite spoiled by the TourX in Essence trim. It was like buying a loaded Audi or BMW at a stripped Kia price. In fact, our TourX recently put a rented Audi to shame in every perceivable way. It's mystifying why Buick doesn't keep this sporty car in their dwindling lineup of miniature-to-bloated crossovers. That's GM for you...... Get a Regal TourX while you can.

Great for traveling, finally decided to started back to driving it after 5yrs. Only 77,000 miles, no problems, kept in garage. Had to buy a lock for the steering wheel, people kept trying to steal it! Looks like it just left Detroit!

I called the sales department at 7 am. Was greeted by Emma. Confirmed the truck I wanted to look at was available. Upon arrival I was not overwhelmed by a salesman in the lot. Excellent. Once I went inside I was promptly greeted by Emma who remembered me calling and immediately had the truck I wanted to see ready for my inspection. Very professional young lady and very down to earth. Next I was greeted by Dean in sales who was a great guy. No pressure whatsoever from him. Tested the truck. Asked for a price. Got it ASAP with no xx. Great guy. Deans attitude and honesty sold me. Haven’t been in a dealership like this before. Honest real people. Not the fake people trying to get your money. I was next introduced to any in finance and she was very professional and very pleasant. Just wish I got to meet her dogs. Overall best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I bought this '96 Roadmaster Estate wagon from a friend. The 'Vette engine puts today's crossovers, hatchbacks, SUVs and wagons to shame. Rearward facing 3rd row, front seats are like a pair of lazy-boy recliners. So what it's as big as a boat, it floats down the roads like one too! Drives smooth like a Caddy, acceleration like a muscle car. Enough space to stretch on road trips near or far. Woodgrain sides are just added to the classy laid back ambiance of this whip. What's not to love? Just radiates an easier time and place, just sit back and enjoy 😉 calmer pace in comfort and peace.

Service was very good.. I was a little surprised by the bill because when I explained the problem the service manage said it was probably the fuse blown even before someone looked at the truck. The service manage was correct and my bill for a 10amp fuse was $145. I would think they would have checked the fuse first which would have only taking about 15 minutes.
