I'm totally impressed with the performance of this car, wasn't expecting the performance but, it's crazy that a cadillac is luxury as well as performance all in one! I think this car will be in my garage for years!

For anyone describing Cadillac as a problem, over priced, or something quickly devalued, let me just remind you that when someone takes care of their vehicle, does not let it sit out in the sun, doesn't mistreat and misuse, and maintains it; a Cadillac can be twice the value of the next competitor.

Have already bought and paid off two cars from there and plan on going back and getting another come tax season! They are super friendly, they work with you and don't hound you for the payments, and when I went to pay my last payment they waived all my late fees which I had a lot of I won't lie. I recommend them to everyone I know that's trying to buy a car but has crappy credit and such like me. Love this place

I am a single mom who brought my kid in to buy his first car. The gentlemen were helpful, friendly, and never condescending or patronizing. My sales associate Sam was quick, accommodating, and no hint of sleaze. Financing was a breeze with John. Again, never talked down to or felt under pressure. Such a pleasant experience. If all used car guys were like these guys, they'd have a much better reputation!

I've had mine for a little over 4 years now and put about 30,000 miles on it. Downpipes and a tune really wake this car up! The only gripe I've had so far is the shifter bushings went relatively soon, ~40,000 miles. Other than that, the car handles amazingly, gets a lot of compliments, and dare I say the definition of sports sedan.

After owning multiple BMW M cars, Mercedes AMG cars, and Audi S cars, the Cadillac ATS V is the best of the group. The steering is awesome, the handling is precise, and the acceleration will throw you back in your seat. It is also a very reliable car.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. Going there at first being a female by myself had ma a little worried at first mainly because I don't know alot about vehicles in general. The customer service was excellent! Very refreshing these guys took the time to answer all of my questions. Went over all my options with the numbers to make sure It would work with my financial budget. Long story short I made a down payment that Didn't leave me stressed with monthly payments I without question could commit to. I love my Jeep had it about 6 months now. Big O Auto was a real nice experience. They had a real nice Honda that was really rebuilt well. Jackson even went so far as to give me a virtual test drive. Yes. He recorded the drive and showed that everything worked and that there were no CELs. And even tho I’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks, it’s driving great. Big O Auto is a nice place to do business.
