Delivered the car for the first oil change beginning of the week. No loaner was offered by the service writer. After we were given the car back it all of a sudden had problems with the door latch and had to picked up by a wrecker. Still no one offered a loaner to us?? I had to call the next day and ask for one which floored me after I have owned multiple land rovers and never even asked when they were serviced even out of warranty for a loaner! May have just been the service writer but I was not happy on my first experience with service.

My product specialist,, Carlos Isava, made the purchase process comfortable & smooth. He was professional, knowledgeable, and is very personable. Alex in finance also, allowed me to feel comfortable in that phase. He, too was friendly & professional. Not once did I feel pressured by either gentlemen. Very nice staff. In the end, the Buick Enclave that we considered was not in as good condition as we had hoped. Chose another Buick Enclave at another dealer that same day.

I bought a 2025 XT four. Shortly after I got it home, I discovered a few of the technology features Needed adjustments. I’m not a techie, so I brought it into Bayview Cadillac and met up with Daniel Gagliano. He spent over an hour showing me all the various high-tech things on the dashboard and really straighten me out. By the way, he was not even my salesman, but he helped me anyway I can’t say enough about Daniel. Friendly professional, extremely knowledgeable… I felt he cared about me and my problem. I was able to make an appointment on online that the dealership honored. I was able to test drive the car that I wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful. But mostly it was a good experience because they were honest with me. I did not end up purchasing from them yet, however, I would trust them in the future if I wanted to purchase a car.
