I bought a 2025 XT four. Shortly after I got it home, I discovered a few of the technology features Needed adjustments. I’m not a techie, so I brought it into Bayview Cadillac and met up with Daniel Gagliano. He spent over an hour showing me all the various high-tech things on the dashboard and really straighten me out. By the way, he was not even my salesman, but he helped me anyway I can’t say enough about Daniel. Friendly professional, extremely knowledgeable… I felt he cared about me and my problem. If so, you have to visit Legacy Motors Auto Group, LLC, a used car lot on route 11 between Danville and Bloomsburg, with a carefully curated collection of premium brands. Our salesman Skip was totally first class from greeting us as we entered the lot til we drove out the next day in our new-to-us, used, beautiful, BMW X7. Although the business is relatively new, Skip is a veteran in the car business and can really show you around a car you are looking at, the guy knows cars. I'm very late writing this review, but D'Arcy Chevrolet is so deserving of this review! I'm writing this review as the friend who was traveling with the truck owner from PA to the Iowa sheep show back in late September, 2025, and I have to say that D'Arcy Chevrolet in Morris, IL, has completely restored my faith in humanity. When my friend's truck broke down while hauling a trailer full of sheep, we were in a desperate situation. From the moment we arrived at D'Arcy Chevrolet, the staff treated us like family. They immediately got a technician working on the truck, and when they realized it couldn't be fixed in time for the show, they did something I've never seen any dealership do in my 62 years – they loaned us their plow truck so we could get the animals there safely. But their kindness didn't stop there. The staff actually helped us transfer everything from my friend's pickup to their plow truck, including the sheep and pen! While we waited, they brought us warm cookies and beverages, and even drove us to lunch. These small gestures meant the world to us during such a stressful time. When the parts took longer to arrive, they simply let us keep their plow truck without hesitation. They also helped us load and unload trucks going to and from the show to make sure we could get there and back as quickly as possible. The quality of work on my friend's truck was exceptional and the pricing was more than fair. But what truly sets D'Arcy Chevrolet apart is the genuine compassion and kindness of their staff. They went so far above and beyond what any dealership would do – they're simply incredible people. I cannot recommend D'Arcy Chevrolet highly enough. They've earned customers for life where we come through Morris, IL in the future!

Hello GMC Team, On February 28, 2026, I posted a review regarding my experience at Tustin GMC, specifically concerning the inclusion of add-ons during the purchase process. In my review, I shared that I felt pressured when I was informed that a protection package valued at $4,200 had to be included in order to move forward with the deal. Today, March 1, 2026, I received a call from Tustin GMC management apologizing for the miscommunication. They explained that it was not their intent to pressure me, and that the final price presented actually included an extended warranty rather than a mandatory protection package. I appreciate the clarification and the outreach from management. I accept their apology and want to acknowledge their effort to address the situation and make things right. This type of follow-up and accountability is what excellent customer service is all about. Thank you to the GMC team for taking the time to reach out. Your actions truly go a long way.

I recently purchased a 2013 Mustang Shelby GT500 with very low miles and in like new condition from another state. Since I live locally and have had great service from this dealership before, I went to see about protecting my investment because I plan to keep this car (as it is my dream car). I now own my dream car and have the piece of mind that comes with knowing that I’m covered as if I purchased the car new! I cannot give a stronger recommendation for any dealership than Greene Ford. They understand that customer satisfaction is what truly matters to aquire and keep customers in the automotive industry. I will continue to do business with them from now on.
