2025 Cadillac CT5 review
I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

2025 Cadillac CT5 review
Nice car and the car is pretty fast for a 4 cylinder and it gets 32 mpg. Hwy.!!! beautifull interoor although a little bit cramped but it has all the amenities i need!! As nice of a car as this is i will keep it for a long time!!! it's cheaper to maintain than european rivals and i think for the smaller engine it has more get up and go than my older 2020 toyota corolla!!!

2024 Cadillac CT5 review
I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

2022 Cadillac CT5 review
I traded my 3 year old 2019 Blazer to get a new CT5-V Series. The car is nicely equipped & lovely to look at inside & out. The leather black & white interior has a hi-end look & feel, plus heated & ventilated seats. This car is about the same size as the current model Honda Accord. The 360hp V6 feels willing, able & smooth. The exhaust has a sporty note. 10 speed auto shifts very smoothly. This is the best driving Cadillac I've been in & just to reiterate, has a sporty feel. It's not the "cushy" Brougham feeling Caddy's were known for in the 1980's. It looks very smart, has enough advanced technology to boggle your mind & overall, gets you there in style! On the downside, I ordered this car in March & took the process 7 months before car arrived at my Dealership.

I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my experience with CarMax has been so outstanding that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, they’ve redefined my expectations for buying a vehicle. I found a car online that checked every box for me—low miles, all the specs I wanted, and fantastic photos that gave me confidence in its condition. The only catch? It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve done my research, and they gave me a value that was very close to what I’d seen comparable models selling for, and significantly more than I owed. Needless to say, I accepted their offer with ease. As for my new (used) car, I was impressed by the comprehensive warranty options. The extended warranty they offer feels like an insurance policy: $200 deductible for coverage up to 150,000 miles. With my car’s mileage at around 50,000, this was a no-brainer. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. If you’re on the fence about where to purchase your next vehicle, I can’t recommend CarMax enough. From great trade-in offers to their stellar warranty program and impeccable customer service, they’ve won me over as a fan for life. I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville review
Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend. I will have to say that Brandon Comer (sales) and Javier Escobar (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. My wife and I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again. It is a beautiful establishment and everyone we came in contact with were so nice and thoughtful.
