I had a new 2011 CTS coupe back in 2011. Loved the car and always regretted not keeping it. Recently bought a super low mileage 2014 and still think it is probably the best all-around car I've ever had. That includes Mercedes and Porsches. Terrific combination of ride and handling. Are there better handling cars? Of course, but they ride like a truck. The super smooth and quiet 318 HP V6 moves the car very impressively. The fit and finish in the interior is as good as it gets. I read a previous post where an owner was complaining about differential failure and that the diff had been discontinued. I think he is probably misinformed. A manufacturer cannot discontinue a key component like a differential only a year or two after supplying it in a vehicle. Federal law mandates that replacement parts have to be available for ten years after being used in a new car.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

I bought my 2014 CTS Coupe in 2015, and I don't anticipate getting a new car anytime soon. When I saw the car online, I loved the sporty look and design. I have the premium pkg. with black diamond coat paint. I've received so many compliments about it, and at 7 years old, people still stop me and love it. It's been very reliable and only been in the shop about 3 times, and combined, the service totals are under $1500. The 3.6 L scratches my need for speed, it has been to 140 mph without any concern. The Bose system is great, I love loud music which it provides. I love this car. It will make my next car choice will be disappointing I'm sure!

Exterior is distinctive. Interior especially the dash is very impressive. CUE has a learning curve getting used to. CUE touchscreen is subject to fingerprints and hard to see because of sunlight glare. Excellent performance and comfort.

They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.
