Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. My experience started out very rough. I set up an appointment with Mina, and was told the car was ready for me to look at. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to look and test out the car. When we arrived Mina was with another customer showing the car we came to see. Mina acted as though she was avoiding me so I ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager which did not help matters. This was one of my worst experiences buying a vehicle. Fortunately we were handed of to Brad Huffman and he saved the sale.
