I financed the 2012 cts4 luxury pkg in early 2021 with 50k miles on it with one previous owner and have just recently paid it off and now have fully owned this for about 6 months. This is my first vehicle, so while I have nothing to compare it to in terms of previous cars I’ve owned, I still must say this car has been absolutely amazing for me. Compared to other cars I’ve driven, including a few BMWs, Benz, etc. this one has truthfully been my favorite. The very first thing I noticed when test driving it was how insanely smooth this ride was. I was honestly blown away because I have never driven a car with this smooth of a ride. To add to this, I personally love the style. My personal vehicle is the black raven exterior with a beige interior. There is also the polished wood on doors and dash which I love. The only thing I have added to this car was the Apple CarPlay boss radio, which for me is a necessity as I can’t live without my own playlists and easy navigation. I feel like this also helped to modernize the car a bit since I do have am older model (2012). The biggest problem I had with it so far was a fuse under the hood controlling the fan which was literally a 5 min fix and costed me $60. Have not had a single problem since this fix. I have driven it about 20k miles now for about 18 months and am currently around the 70k mile range. Hopefully as there is more wear and tear it can give the same reliability and performance that I have enjoyed up to this point. Other than that, beautiful sunroof, decent amount of space in the cabin, large trunk, good acceleration, nice HP for a vehicle with no after market performance enhancers considering this car is around 300hp stock and a nice V6 engine. As I was rating this car, I was genuinely trying to think of something more constructive criticism towards it, but I truthfully have rated this vehicle to the best of my ability. Keep in mind this is from 50k-70k miles so far and this is the 2012 vehicle being rated in 2022. One last thing I would like to add considering the gas crisis that is going on as of now, this car has good mpg which is around 20 with an 18 gallon tank. Once the low fuel alert comes on, you still have about 50 miles before gas is really in dire need. Overall, really love this vehicle and I hope that this review helps.

Bought this 2012 CTS4 w/ Performance package on eBay for a deal even with 182,000 miles it runs like a new and a bear the last guy put a aftermarket exhaust and a tune on it.(redlines @ 7500 in sport mode) And being 60 I feel like I'm 17 in my 72 Vette again. It handles like a dream weather I'm going 60 or 150 mph the car handle's like a race car I just wish I had the money to get a CTS V. I would recommend this car to anyone that wants to relive their youth. It's just so much fun when u c one up against some Young kid whit his hopped up car with the AWD it just takes off leaving them at the light. All I can say is if u want to have some fun or just take the wife out for the night u need to get yourself one. Live & love life it's shorter than u think. Was a wonderful experience!! Can’t say anything long term about the car, but it was the first time I had bought a car/gone to a dealership for myself. Trade in was SMOOTH! Got a good deal for my old buick and got a NICE upgrade to a 2023 subaru!! In love with it and all its features! Was greeted within minutes of walking into the dealership and was assisted immediately. Got to test drive in 10 min. In my 20s, I had a 2005 Cadillac CTS in red. It was a wonderful car—super fast, and I loved driving it. It was both sleek and powerful, and honestly, that car was my world. I regret not keeping it, even though it needed thousands in repairs. Fast forward to today, and I have another Cadillac. She’s beautiful, but she’ll never be my first love.

I needed the oil change and change more other parts on my truck. They worked on it pretty good but forgot to reset the truck. Everthing in gerneral was great

Bought a 2010 sedan. Has 170,000 miles on it. Absolutely love driving this car. Put a 60 hp Thorton chip in it. Woke it up! Already looking for second one. Not one rattle in it for as many miles as it has. Great value for the money and aton of aftermarket parts.

Great example of cadillac quaility. Smooth ride, powerful 3.6 motor. Comfortable interior, easy to read gauges. The car has 137,000 miles and still runs like new.

We loved Adam from the Illinois store in Fort Wayne! The CTS is a nice vehicle. I have had only one problem with this AWD vehicle. These vehicles are notorious for the magnetic rings cracking and falling off the rear wheel hubs. These magnetic rings are part of the ABS system, and when they crack and fall apart, the ABS lights and Stabiltrak system lights come on and the car goes into a limited performance mode. This happened on both of my rear hubs, and they are hard to remove without the proper tools. Each time it happened it cost me $500. I feel I have spent $1000 due purely a design flaw. Since it is part of the ABS system, it should have been covered by a recall in my opinion. So if you buy one of these with 40 to 50k miles on it, expect that this will happen to you too.

First time doing business here. The experience I'm glad to say was a good one. The facility is well kept and easy to find, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the vehicles are well priced. The application process was easy and quick. Just wish selection f vehicles was a little more.. I would definitely recommend here to anyone

What can I say...it's a Cadillac CTS. It's an older model but it great shape. The inside is beautiful (It's a Cadillac) and the long drive home was very comfortable. The car is still tight in the steering wheel and on the road which makes it feel a lot newer than it is. The underbody has virtually no rust which tells me it lived in a garage. The previous owners must have loved Cadillac's like I do and took care of it.

Did an inquiry and got a prompt response and they even were upfront about frame damage without being asked about it

I purchased this car about three weeks ago. I love it. It is so fun to drive and so comfortable inside. I will buy another one at some point.

I have owned many cars--both old and new-- in my lifetime and the only comparable one to this one is the 1979 Cadillac Seville I purchased in 1980. I was lucky to find a 2013 2nd Gen Luxury trim model with only 11000 miles on it last summer and hesitated because although it looked showroom new, it was 9 years old. Best buy I ever made--it has everything on it anyone could want and drives like a dream. Comfort, styling, convenience, power, and so far reliability. I wish I could find a new one, but the closest is the CT6 and it is not half the car.

Miller auto sales sold me a used F150 that was offered online. The only drawback was they were located 2 hours from my home. I responded to see if it was still available, Brad answered back that it was and offered to give me the more information if I needed it. I had lots of questions which he answered and also sent me more pictures of the areas of concern. After all that I decided to take the trip to check out the truck. Much to my surprise it was better than I expected, clean and ready for me to inspect and test drive. There was no pressure to buy and and very helpful information throughout my visit. Well worth the time and the travel, thanks guys, I love my truck.

Loved all the features, including the front heated, power seats, the navigation screen, Bose 6 speaker AM/FM Cd player. The 3.0 V 6 engine has great gas economy and all the acceleration needed to power up to highway speed.

It’s a very laid back dealership no pressure salesman and a nice selection of vehicles. I didn’t buy the original vehicle I went to look at but the salesman showed me other things within my price range. I did purchase a vehicle from them and I love it very clean and well maintained. Finance was straightforward and easy my credit isn’t the greatest but they got me approved for a rate that was even with my credit union. I would consider going back to them in the future.

Purchased 2013 CTS Luxury 52k miles, have owned 13 months . Over all a great stress reliever after work, Interior is amazingly comfortable and AC dual zone a must .

This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. I bought this car late in 2014. I wanted the Cadillac CTS but didn't want the CUE that came with the 3rd gen. So I went with the last year of the 2nd gen, 2013. It doesn't handle quite as well as the 3rd gen, but it is still very fun to drive. It handles the curves and keeps those tires planted. I have AWD and that suspension helps keep the car planted in these Iowa winters. The brakes stop this car on a dime. Trips don't necessarily get planned by the quickest path, but rather the most fun path. The curvier the road the better. The car has had very, very few problems and none of them were major problems. Wheel bearings have had to be replaced, but the way I take those curves, that's expected. When I bought this car, my wife and I still had our kids living at home. This care could fit everyone and luggage. And the tech was really great for the time. Of course, new tech has made some of what this car has seem obsolete, but since my main focus is a car that's fun to drive, it doesn't bother me. You can probably tell that I highly recommend this car. With nearly 92,000 miles, it still drives great and the engine is just as responsive as the day I bought it. I also like that for servicing, I just go across the street from my workplace. It can go to any GM dealer, whereas if I had bought one of it's German competitors, I would be travelling a while. If you're looking at one, buy it. You won't be disappointed.
