Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

I love my car but come on! How many people have I seen online with the exact problem OVERHEATING!! Did the makers do this on purpose? It seems to me they did! I was headed to work 25 miles away from home & yep over heated out of the blue. Replaced tensioner pulley belt and thermostat. Again! Replaced water pump still overheating! Then both front wheel bearings out at the same time replaced. Replaced over flow tanks cap. Throttle position sensor and vehicle speed sensor plus went through $300 worth of antifreeze no joke! Why are us cadillac owners having the exact same issue? That's not fair! I tell you people will do anything for money so sad! We should get some kind of repayment!

i bought a 86 pontiac 2+2 . my credit union was not still in my state, so needed a co op credit union . they did not do that amount of money with out signed documents from my home credit union .mgm worked with me to get my payment worked through. it took a couple of weeks . when car got here there was a oversight with a maintenance issue .we talked back and forth we reached a agreement and they helped to fix the problem.in my case everything worked out

I moved into a little old lady's house who was in her last two years. I loved the house and this 98 cadillac was in the garage where I parked my 95 MB 230 compressor. I loved looking at this car every time I pulled in. Battery was Dead car is Absolutely clean and Beautiful. The daughter sold it to me for $6000. 60k miles and awesome. I've drove it 3 years now and only put $1000 in tires and $569 for new oxygen sensor, wires and new plugs. My friends all Teese me for being a shiny white guy with a Big Ole Cadillac...lol.. They are so Jealous. I love Mrs Betty.

My, Northstar is easy to drive. I like the trunk space. The air-conditioning is in joyable in both front and back. Nice radio, easy-to-use. It can be use from steering wheel and dashboard.

I spoke to Phil the son last week covering a 1983 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. I explained that I was very interested, but I live in Staten Island N.Y. I offered to put a deposit on my credit card, to which Phil said I will hold the car for you until May 4 and won't sell it. I showed up on the lot as promised and the car was there, which look like it just came out of the showroom 39 years ago. Phil gave me yes of his lift, took the car for a ride and went over it in great detail. there were very very minor things to touch, but still amazing. big phil and his wife Eleen were like talking to family. I then proceeded to purchase the automobile. in the short time spent with Phil, my buddy Neil and myself had an amazing dinner at a fine Italian restaurant which was off the chart. I purchased a 96 Caprice from this dealer.....buying experience was top notch. They answered all of my many questions about the car, negotiated price with me and had the car delivered in record time. The vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer, was clean and ran perfectly. There were no issues with the car that I found. Normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car but very clean and taken care of. I bought my mom's 1996 Deville she bought new in 2015 a year before she passed in 2016 with 81,000 miles. I have replaced all the motor seals as recommending by GM service, transmission rebuilt, rebuilt the suspension, axles, brakes, AC/Heater, replaced gas tank, rims and tires, as well as upgraded the audio system with navigation, XM radio and Bluetooth. What I found out at my 1st service, this base DeVille was chipped for 300 hp not the base 275 and still a fun car to drive with only 114,560 miles on it and it does not burn oil, no leaks, I get 22-24 miles a gallon on road trips @ 75-80. mph As someone mentioned, if something sounds off, go get it fixed, parts are hard to find and not cheap, the repair costs are also expensive as most Cadillac dealerships do not understand how to fix it. So, find a mechanic that you trust and knows the NorthStar motor, auto ride suspension and transmission as those are the expensive repairs. But still love the car and enjoy taking it on trips.

Searched high and low for a nice vehicle for months. I visited tens of car lots and God just did not see fit for me to purchase from them. Either they jacked the prices up tremendously from what the vehicle was actually worth or when you would start the car, it had several code lights on. I took my time and I found swerve auto. Listen, when I spoke with Zach over the telephone, he was very confident in his vehicles and stood behind them in a way that made me want to come and see for myself. When I arrived to his lot, not only did he have great cars, trucks and SUV’s, but the prices was reasonable asking price to pay cash for. Zach was so nice and professional! All of his vehicles were cleaned up immaculately, I was afraid that I was over budget for the suv that I really wanted. Listen, Zach made a way for me to take my dream car home and listen it’s mine!! He was so passionate about making sure that I was happy, It was unbelievable. My truck was so clean it looked as if no one even ever drove it. Miles were low and again, the price was fair. I will definitely carry swerve auto’s card and info in my glove box because if and when I ever need anything else, I wouldn’t feel comfortable going to anyone but him. Awesome!!

I purchased a 2004 Deville in 2004. I had this auto until 2018 At 54,000 miles the block cracked on it. I had it for 14 years and it was the best car I ever owned. I’m kicking my self cause I should have put a new engine in it. My Deville was a special edition with a rag top and special grill, chrome over wheel wells, etc. I do regret getting rid of it. It was a beautiful auto.

I bought this car in 2022. Other than a couple minor items, the car is solid. I anticipated a window motor because they tend to be an issue. I also replaced the coilpaks ( replaced all 8 in sets of 4) and one leaking shock. For a car that is over 21 years old, I would say that is not bad. The car has had regular maintenance over the years and has had no major issues. Nice caddy.

This is a great car show that has been garage kept. The interior is one of a kind with rips or tears. New cushions in seats. New suede headliner.

Bought my 02 DeVille 3 months ago now, despite all my mechanic friends warning me to stay clear of northstar power plant due to their bad rep of blown head gaskets, eating oil, gasket leaks and just being generally hard to work on (ie. starter located under intake manifold) with complex electrical systems. I love the styling and with a perfect body, 9 code engine that was unbelievably healthy for 151k mi, I handed the previous owner the $1800 cash he was asking about 2 min after test ride I needed to check the vin. Awesome car

Best Bose stereo! Ivory white, including leather interior! Bot used 2010, $7000, less than 90,000 miles. Rides like on a cloud. Issues: now at 130,000 miles: low gas mileage in town{14}, sensors having to be replaced, replaced a/c compressor, and serpentine belt. Expensive repairs! Engine warning on! Air bag warning! Ignition won't let key turn on car now. Security warning on, and alarm. Cruise quit. Gas guage not working, rims letting air out of {4 new tires}, but I LOVE this car!
