I I I I I loved my experience but I was too late for the car

Super great crew at Imperial to work with. Hard to find a decent car in this economy but Brian worked with me nicely on a low miles Buick Lacrosse they had. very clean car, showed me carfax, addressed all my concerns, even showed me how to set all the features to how i liked. best part was he was very open about the car and let me take it on a long drive and have a friend look at it before buying. also no crazy $4000 "gotcha fees" like the big dealer ships have. keep your business local with a good small business like this!

This 18 year old Car has "lasted 10 years" like it should, as the song says. Its still smooth, powerful, and everything still works. The original white paint still looks like new. Of course, the previous owner obviously took care of it, and I will too. Heads turn, when I arrive in this, even tho, Used, I paid about 20 cents on the dollar for what most new ones cost. Sure, I miss the backup camera, the blind spot monitor, and adaptive cruise of my newer cars, but, I fixed the BSM with a small round concave mirror which eliminated that blind spot. I feel very safe in the powerful big car, that gets surprisingly great mileage on the hiway, sometimes close to 30 miles per gallon, with an average of around 27 hiway. Of course its much worse around town, stop and go. The trunk is so large, that a small family could move in the trunk and live there. Well not quite. This model is the "fleet livery" model. I understand that GM put a 3 year 150,000 mile warranty on the fleet models.. you dont want it to break, so that warranty is a vote of confidence. I think a big difference between "fleet" models and the regular Caddy, is the fleet has an oversized radiator, and holds 60 percent more oil. This is important because radiators tend to clog up, reducing capacity, over time, and causing the engine to heat up. Overheating is a killer of engines and this massive radiator keeps it cool no matter what. It also takes extra oil..8 quarts. That keeps it cool, too. It costs a little more oil at oil changes, But that's but its a small price to pay for a very reliable car.

Great overall experience. Very customer friendly and accommodating. Made the buying process very smooth and convenient. Worked with Ricky Bobby and highly recommend him to all. Got a great vehicle at a great price.

I travelled over 2000 miles in one of these over a 2 week period having hired it from Alamo. It even had a gold plated key! It made my USA trip very memorable, several people stopped me to complement my ownership which I had to clarify!

I spoke to Phil the son last week covering a 1983 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. I explained that I was very interested, but I live in Staten Island N.Y. I offered to put a deposit on my credit card, to which Phil said I will hold the car for you until May 4 and won't sell it. I showed up on the lot as promised and the car was there, which look like it just came out of the showroom 39 years ago. Phil gave me yes of his lift, took the car for a ride and went over it in great detail. there were very very minor things to touch, but still amazing. big phil and his wife Eleen were like talking to family. I then proceeded to purchase the automobile. in the short time spent with Phil, my buddy Neil and myself had an amazing dinner at a fine Italian restaurant which was off the chart. I did my research and found a great deal at Denver Auto on a Subaru Forester. The car was ready and waiting for my scheduled test drive. Right by the door. They let my mechanic look it over. I was in the market for a Ford Model A Coupe and started looking around local and on the internet. I quickly found a very nice 1930 Model A coupe on the Web site for GR auto gallery at the Indianapolis location, the pictures were very good and the video was outstanding. I'm from Oklahoma City and could not drive there just to look at the car, I spoke with Jack Smalley quite a bit about the details of the car and I was convinced the car was exactly what I wanted and again great pictures and video. Jack also arranged the details for shipping the car to my driveway in an enclosed trailer in a very short time. Absolutely no regrets on the purchase of the car. My, Northstar is easy to drive. I like the trunk space. The air-conditioning is in joyable in both front and back. Nice radio, easy-to-use. It can be use from steering wheel and dashboard.

It was the first year with the 429 engine. It put out 340 horsepower and 0-60 was 8.9 seconds. Not bad considering most of the Chevy's and Fords on the road at that time had 283's, 327's, 352's, and 390's that were running O-60 in numbers from 9.1 second to 10.9 seconds.

So I acquired about a car an when I called the company they were more than helpful with giving me directions an a number to another one of there lots to find the car I wanted, and apon arrival I was treated with good customer service an the dealers new a lot of the Carfax on the vehicles i asked about.

Meets/exceeds all expectations, as with all NorthStar engines, pay attention to cooling/oil service. Be Pro-active, car will not let you down. Superb in every way. The best of GM, better than my Lincolns, same as my BMW's Quality, reliability wise. Great Value, look for maintained vehicle when purchasing.

The Cadillac Deville 1995 3.9-liter engine is very reliable. Maintenance is Key 4 long life reliability. The handling of the steering wheel an air ride suspension is smooth comfort and quiet. The car engine Excelle's with no push back just smooth and go. If you like luxury, then this is the car for you. Advanced features ahead of its time even as of now more features than cars made today. This is a true classic.

This car meets all my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back, the ride is great compare to other cars I tested. Very safe on highways, excellent performance. Has 3 USB ports.

During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. He happily and professionally handled all of our questions, comments & concerns. He was knowledgeable about the cars in stock, financing options and respectful of our boundaries. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn’t feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn’t going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today’s world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. I purchased a 2004 Deville in 2004. I had this auto until 2018 At 54,000 miles the block cracked on it. I had it for 14 years and it was the best car I ever owned. I’m kicking my self cause I should have put a new engine in it. My Deville was a special edition with a rag top and special grill, chrome over wheel wells, etc. I do regret getting rid of it. It was a beautiful auto.

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

This car has done my family justice! I will miss it dearly! I hope to get a new one in the near future! We just dont have the room for it at this time and my family is growing larger so we need something a little bigger to accomadate our family size in a few months we will be looking at Cadillac suv from here on out.
