Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I did everything over the phone with zero problems. No matter how many times I changed my mind my sales person Casandra answered my questions and the finance manager Iriam did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted. The trade in experience was just as well.

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

This is my second time buying a Mercedes from Star Motors Used car dealership. Tony helped me with my first car, and Justin the Used Car Manager helped me with the second one. I purchased the second one today and I am extremely happy. The Used Car Team is extremely kind, and professional. Justin made sure all of my needs were met, and the experience was grand. He always makes me feel like I’m important and my satisfaction matters. Thank you Justin, you are a class act.

It stands to reason that the atmosphere at a luxury showroom would differ from the chaotic, high-pressure environment at most dealerships ... and such is the case here. I inquired online about the SUV I was interested in, and was promptly contacted via text (at my request, no phone call) by Walter Dillard. We were warmly greeted on arrival, and the test drive went well. Two other cars were on our short list, and we advised Walter that we'd contact him if the '19 XT4 Premium Luxury was our choice. There was absolutely none of the typical annoyances when leaving most places without pursuing a sale ... no manager, no "price is good for today only", but rather a thank-you, with the hope that we'd choose the Cadillac ... never even went back into the showroom. After checking out the other possibilities, we decided that the XT4 was the best of the bunch. Meeting the following morning, we further explored the tons of features (Walter really knows his products) and sat down to begin what is generally a tortuous, confrontational experience. To our delight, the negotiation was calm and very professional. Even the offer for our trade-in was realistic. The usual back-and-forth-to-management thing played itself out, and we came to terms on probably the third exchange. We'd like to have paid a bit less (who wouldn't) but given the fact that they included free vehicle pickup and delivery for service (including a loaner), as well as the first three oil changes (full synthetic), it was fair compensation. This is not to say that Peacock is immune from some "car game" practices. The Certified XT4 was priced at $X, but an additional charge was added for certifying the vehicle, along with a "reconditioning fee" (isn't getting it ready for sale a cost of doing business?) and "dealer service fee" (I thought dealer prep was a thing of the past) ... so we're now at $X plus about $3k. We're savvy enough to scratch those items out, but many people aren't. Funny thing, though ... they manage to reappear, while the drive-out price remains as agreed. Fun and games with numbers! We were paying cash, but had to transfer funds. This was a Saturday, so we offered to apply for financing in order to drive the vehicle out, paying it off when the transfer clears. The Finance Manager, Skeen Mathias, offered to let us take possession of the car that day, while providing a UPS overnight envelope, so that we could forward our check when the money became available. We were also informed that Tom Peacock will provide three bonus perks at no cost: key replacement, interior/exterior protection and collision deductible reimbursement (there are limits, of course). We were obviously more than pleased. Overall, Tom Peacock is a really good place to buy. Walter Dillard is a genuine sales professional, and will treat you as the intelligent and informed consumer you are ... but just watch out for the add-ins.

Very patience, explained everything reference turning in my car, pay off and purchasing a new 2025 CT5, He worked with me until I got my numbers, although they got theirs. The manager/sales was Ben who deserves 5-stars as well as Ron-in the service department they have both displayed impeccable Customer Service and patience to the service/sales for their customers. Our experience with Mackenzie and Sewell could not have been better. She replied promptly, answered all our questions and concerns quickly and professionally. We were purchasing from Virginia and ordering a car from Texas was a daunting prospect but the employees we dealt with at Sewell were absolutely amazing. There were no hidden fees, they were transparent about small cosmetic flaws we would never have see in pictures but since we couldn’t be there in person she sent us videos walking around the car showing every detail. Small flaws were repaired for us before the car shipped. Literally, the car is better than we could have hoped for! We are so thankful for the way Sewell treated us and would highly recommend Mackenzie and her team. 5 star experience!
