We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Test drove it and the turning radius was best I have EVER had a vehicle turn. Did U turn and easily stayed in the inside lane. So comfortable and rides so smooth!The vehicle of my dream! I may never learn all the perks but taking that one day at a time!

Thaddeus in the service area was very kind and helpful. I had issues the last time we came with getting an oil change done and our warranty which made me feel uneasy about coming back. However, Thaddeus didn’t even question it and when I mentioned our warranty he called them and checked on things for me. I am very happy and satisfied once again with Ford.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

This truck does everything asked of it. It is a beast with the 6.2 engine and tows a 24 ft boat like it isn’t there. Plenty of storage for hauling with back sets down. Great for commuting!

Our experience with Mackenzie and Sewell could not have been better. She replied promptly, answered all our questions and concerns quickly and professionally. There were no hidden fees, they were transparent about small cosmetic flaws we would never have see in pictures but since we couldn’t be there in person she sent us videos walking around the car showing every detail. Small flaws were repaired for us before the car shipped. Literally, the car is better than we could have hoped for! This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality. Have 5,700 miles and thus far everything has been outstanding. We purchased the Sport model and really like the way it looks both inside and out.

Very patience, explained everything reference turning in my car, pay off and purchasing a new 2025 CT5, He worked with me until I got my numbers, although they got theirs. So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

As usual, great service and my service representative, Matt Torres, was very helpful. He always goes over all of the findings with me. This helps me know what upcoming items will need to be addressed.

The dealer was knowledgeable and patient. He showed us multiple cars and went over the differences between them which helped us make the best choice.
