We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

I recently purchased a used car from DeVoe Cadillac that I saw listed on the internet and had it shipped to me. I worked with Dwight (salesperson) and Brandon (finance) and this was easily the best experience I have ever had buying a car (and I have bought a few). They both made the buying process smooth and easy and made me feel like a valued customer. They always answered my calls or, if unavailable, called me right back and addressed any questions/concerns I had immediately. More importantly, because I was buying this car sight unseen (except for the pictures on the internet), I put great trust that they were shooting me straight on the car, price and financing options.
