I plan to be a life-long customer. I have been taking a car into AutoNation Dulles for over 10 years now. Over that time, they have consistently provided excellent customer service. As a female, I have experienced other repair shops that don't really listen to my problems and questions or dismiss me that I don't need repairs. But at AutoNation Dulles, they have always answered my questions and listened and looked into my concerns. I love how they provide quantitative evidence for problems and check-ups - such as showing the battery life report, the tire wear numbers, and the alignment report. And then fixing items accordingly. I have even had a few occasions in which I was concerned about a problem, but they allayed my fears with evidence and explanation - meaning that these were times they COULD HAVE oversold me for something that I did not need, but they did not. I feel confident that they are providing honest advice, and I don't want to take my car anywhere else. I buy specific cars so that I can bring to AutoNation Dulles for repairs. I love their convenient scheduling system. I also love that they don't berate me with a ton of questions, looking to expose my ignorance about cars (like other repair shops do). They simply make it so easy and convenient. I also love that I can sit there and wait on the car, and get lots of work done, as they have a nice seating area with electrical outlets, suitable for computer work and Zoom calls. Or I could even go on the trail and go for a run! Thank you, AutoNation Dulles!

If it were not for Mr. Orlando Tilian, I would probably be taking my car to Bremen Cadillac for service. He is the most confident thorough concerned individual I’ve ever dealt with. Overral a pretty good dealership experience. I had a peculiar situation where I was buying a car in CA to take to CO, full time garaged and operated in CO so they walked me through all the nuanced options I had in terms of registration, transportation, etc. Very nice ambiance in the dealership, well kept. Saleswoman was very nice and approachable, great communication. I also got a great deal, in fact this is the best dealership experience I've had in LA and I've had some horrid experience's at VW and Porsche. There is definitely more of a grounded nature to Woodland Hills (avoid Beverly Hills dealerships at all cost).

Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for.
