This dealership is the best for service. I recently had an issue with my car and they were able to get me in right away. They diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended some other issues that needed to be taken care of as well, and now my car is running better than ever. I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.

Joe was great from the very beginning listened to what I was looking for and showed me something more than I expected and I love what I went home with. Finance department was great in help getting me approved to go home with a beautiful vehicle. Could not ask for more a a better experience than what they showed me. Negotiated over text message in a very professional, fair, and responsive manor allowing me to trade in my existing vehicle at a fair value for a CPO Escalade. Allowed me to sign all necessary paperwork via esignature and then hand delivered my car to me on Long Island and took my trade. Polite and courteous staff, could not have been easier! Thank you!

Tony is great to work with, very professional yet with a personal touch. I have found the same with Jailyn. My issue lies with maintenance, as I had to get a tire replaced after hitting a pothole and it went flat again once I got into the highway. They had never checked the tire valve which leaking loudly. They did fix it immediately for free though

Just pick up our 3rd car from Cad. of Mahwah. As usual no surprises, I am quite happy. My new sales person Ashly really knows her Cadillacs she answered all our questions about the options in a way to easily understand. And also thanks to Paul for all his help and directing me to Ashley.
