It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

This is the first time I have ever worked with a finance manager who did not try to overload us with unnecessary packages. That alone speaks volumes. Anthony was also excellent throughout the process. Professional, patient, and supportive from start to finish. Together, Cesar and Anthony made this experience smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. This is our first EV, and we are excited to enjoy it throughout the lease. With the way we were treated, I truly hope we will be back in a couple of years to get into an Escalade IQ. Very easy to work with. The car I was interested in sold a before I arrived. They rep showed me a few other options and let me test drive two other vehicles. Those vehicles didn’t work out, but I’m hoping to do business with them soon.

I’ve driven my 2024 Lyric Sport 3 since May 2024. I get stopped at traffic lights and in parking lots by people asking about it and telling me how beautiful it is. It had some technical difficulties, but nothing that wasn’t overcome with simple settings changes or software updates. It’s not as fast off the line as my 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT was, but the smooth ride and more reliable tech makes it worthwhile. It’s the most beautiful and technologically advanced cars I’ve ever driven, and I love it.

The LYRIQ is an excellent vehicle. I would recommend it to anyone getting a car. I have had mine for about 1500 miles and I love it. There is one thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars. When I backup, sometimes the collision prevention system engages and the car will stop me for no discernible reason .

We recently purchased a new GMC 2500HD from Thompson Buick GMC. This was an out of state purchase for us, we live in Mississippi 500 miles away and Jace made the entire experience outstanding. He was incredibly professional, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. Jace took the time to answer all of the questions we had before we made the trip there, (out of state sales taxes, financing, etc) When we arrived, they had everything ready for us and we had everything we needed. Chris in Financing was outstanding as well. He made everything smooth and easy. He took the time to explain all the facts and figures in a way to make it very easy to understand. I can honestly say this was the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and accommodating.

I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

My car was giving warning messages so I called the Cadillac dealership to make an appointment. I caught on that it was the wrong dealership because of the HORRENDOUS, DISCOURTEOUS customer service I received! The woman that answered the phone had no empathy for my situation. I informed her that I was getting “steering assist reduced” messages, my thermostat was not working and my AC was not working - unfortunate for me because we were in the middle of a heatwave!! She told me there were no appointments for two to three weeks and even if I brought the car in then - there was no guarantee as to when it would be attended to. Also, no rentals for another month! She then put me on hold. I was on hold for so long that my call started bouncing all around throughout the dealership. I grew impatient and frustrated, so I hung up and called back. She answered and literally told me she forgot about me! The whole time I was holding I thought she was trying to get me in sooner!! SMH That’s when I realized that something was wrong because I have NEVER EVER encountered such rudeness and disregard at the Freeport location. I asked if it was the Freeport dealership and she said “no - this is the FARMINGDALE location”. I replied “that explains it” and I hung up! When I called my correct dealership - Paul Conte Freeport - the greeting alone by Christine gave me warmth. Initially, I just asked if there were any available appointments that day. Christine informed me that they were swamped. When I told her what was happening with the car, she POLITELY asked me to hold and when she returned shortly after, she told me to bring the car in right away!! At the dealership I spoke with RYAN. He is AMAZING - he is so professional and has such a pleasant personality (like all the others in that office). After checking the car he informed me that I would have to leave it for at least two days because they were so busy. With concern, he asked me if that would be too much of an inconvenience - I replied that it would not be. He explained everything to me thoroughly and arranged for an Uber to pick me up. I felt well taken care of - two days sounded way better than three weeks at Sarant Cadillac. Much to my surprise - after being home for a couple of hours - Ryan called me and told me THE CAR WAS READY!!!! I was shocked and soo thankful. It really made me feel like a valued customer!! I’m not writing this survey because I was taken care of in such a short time frame - I’m writing it because of the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, TRUE SINCERE CONCERN FOR MY WELL BEING IN MY VEHICLE, THOROUGHNESS, COURTEOUSNESS, THOUGHTFULNESS, (I really could go on and on LOL) that I received. Plus I take my car because I like comes out that one of the tires is getting flat and there?s no answer to my I take it. I bring it take it no solution.
