The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Greeted with several disappointments coming from an Audi. Regardless, my next vehicle will be another Cadillac or Lincoln. I my opinion the XT4 is the best looking compact suv.

This car is fun to own but it is very light & I feel it in its handling. I like it’s styling, interior & exterior & stereo.

My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Stephen and Rob were great Consultants not car salesman. The price of the car we bought was not a steal .But at a fair price for a car that should be able to be driven for many years without worry . Thank you to the staff at Ft. My service advisor, Danielle Walker,greeted me with a smile, and explained to me that the completion of my Vehicle may take several days...Without hesitation the Service manager Rienaldo Arredono gave me a loaner for the amount of time needed to fix my car.I was impressed with the prompt and professional manner in which they serviced my car, and took measures to insure my safety and happiness in this matter.

I found the dealership to be very transparent. Also found the salesman was easy to talk with. No pressure.

I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.

Came here because they had a car I was looking at online. The sales guys were super helpful and answered all my questions. They were able to get me a good rate and it didn’t take 8 hours.
