Used 2023 Cadillac XT5 for sale near Prosper, TX

I have been using Auto Nation Ford for maintenance on my vehicles for more than 15 years. During that time the industry has changed, people have come and gone but their outstanding service personnel have consistently kept my vehicles in near new condition. From scheduling to pick up my most recent experience today was nothing short of another outstanding experience!

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

I have been doing business with Sport City Toyota for over 20 years because they are a dealership I believe in. I have always had the a great sales rep. My lease was ending so I went into the dealership to trade in my 2021 Venza Limited and get a new one. My original sales rep had retired but I was fortunate to get Jeff Jones as my new sales representative. He is Director of Fleet Sales and is a terrific salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible to meet those needs and my payment concerns. I love the car he found. It was everything I wanted and affordable. Melissa Pattison, Finance Mgr, was extremely helpful. She explained what I was signing and then gave me my options to consider. Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. I like this dealership and will continue doing business with them because of the people they have and the great service I always get. My kids have used them too. Highly recommend this dealership.

Tom Caufield was AMAZING! He helped me purchase a car for my mom who lives in Texas while I was in Virginia. He went above and beyond, taking the car for my mom to test drive, helping me through the loan process, and finally dropping the car off to my mom in spectacular condition. I dealt with about 7-10 dealerships prior to working with Tom and no other dealership was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my elderly mother was accommodated while I was hundreds of miles away. First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

From the moment you sit in the 2023 Cadillac XT5 your totally blown away by the all new interior features and styling. As per the ride, softer than any vehicle I have ever drove. Big Thumbs up to Cadillac!
