CarMax Miami (International Mall) review
Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

I took my XT5 in for an oil change, my service advisor Richard Smith was a very kind friendly guy. He also had my car washed and vacuum. After my car was brought up we noticed my screws on my license plate holder was badly rusted. Richard kindly replaced them himself, which was very nice of him. We discussed my tires, Since I know nothing about cars except to drive and put gas in them.He kindly emailed me the top name brand, their quality and prices Im not yet ready for them but I will definitely seek Richard's help at Tasca when I do. Thank you Richard'Smith ☆☆☆☆☆
