I needed a new battery for my car which was still under warranty. I called the dealership where I purchased it but unfortunately they couldn?t fit me in for three days. I called Hudson Buick and they told me to bring the car over, they drop me off at the mall for a little while came and picked me up on my car was done. Great experience.

Much thanks to Jailyn and the service techs. tor keeping my cars running in great shape. I had a noisy problem caused by a broken undercarriage support strap which they quickly replaced. The vehicle is now as good as new.

Tony service manager is accessible and very helpful with extenuating circumstances. Jr. in the car loaner department is great. So helpful with the electric car that was my loaner. In 2021, I purchased my 3rd Buick Encore from Hudson. They made the process so easy. I admit during this period of COVID was an issue and the supply of new cars was limited. Thankfully the dealer did have an Encore that was in my price range. It wasn't the color I wanted but beggars can't be choosers during this period. They worked with me to fit my budget.
