I needed a new battery for my car which was still under warranty. I called the dealership where I purchased it but unfortunately they couldn?t fit me in for three days. I called Hudson Buick and they told me to bring the car over, they drop me off at the mall for a little while came and picked me up on my car was done. Great experience.

This dealership is the best for service. I recently had an issue with my car and they were able to get me in right away. They diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended some other issues that needed to be taken care of as well, and now my car is running better than ever. I was greeted by Sarina when I first walked in and she couldn’t be nicer. She introduced me to Mike, the manager, and they both put me at ease that my car was in good hands. Brought my Caddy for service. They promised the car would be ready in 90 minutes. And that's exactly how long it took. I entered at 8 am and by 9:30 am i was already returning home. Special thanks to Anthony Cuhna and the service team. As well to Jailyn Romero the service consultant.

Joe was great from the very beginning listened to what I was looking for and showed me something more than I expected and I love what I went home with. Finance department was great in help getting me approved to go home with a beautiful vehicle. Could not ask for more a a better experience than what they showed me.
