They diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended some other issues that needed to be taken care of as well, and now my car is running better than ever. I bought a 2022 Escalade ESV in 10/2023. From start to finish there was no hassle I saw the vehicle and did not purchase for over 2 months shopping around for a better deal. I went to many Cadillac Dealers across Long Island and they did not take me seriously. When I told them what I wanted my payments to be they didn't even attempt to really search for a vehicle that could match my interests. This Dealership allowed me to test drive without prejudice and also were totally patient until I was finally able to clear title problems with my Credit Unions because of NY State Laws and then Finance with Cadillac. I was shown the vehicle features several times to at least get the vehicle off the lot. My payment was 1265.00.. but now I'm down to 1065.00 per month. I would recommend this Delearship to anyone in the world. They go above and beyond in Customer Service.

Joe was great from the very beginning listened to what I was looking for and showed me something more than I expected and I love what I went home with. Finance department was great in help getting me approved to go home with a beautiful vehicle. Could not ask for more a a better experience than what they showed me. Tony is great to work with, very professional yet with a personal touch. I have found the same with Jailyn. My issue lies with maintenance, as I had to get a tire replaced after hitting a pothole and it went flat again once I got into the highway. They had never checked the tire valve which leaking loudly. They did fix it immediately for free though
