I was greeted by Frank, my Service Consultant and we quickly took care of getting my Lyriq checked in and a loaner vehicle (since the work was to take most of the day). Also, I asked to have Luis, Sales Consultant to demonstrate the auto park capability of the Lyriq, which I hadn't been able to get to work. Luis and I drove to the rear of the lot, and he demonstrated the auto back-in parking and the pulling-out features... very nice.
